Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Like the entire line of Jaz hotels, this hotel left the best impression. Territorialeo is located near the airport, there is nothing around the hotel, you won’t be able to go somewhere, you need to go. A bus from the hotel takes you to the beach according to a schedule; on the beach you can only take water and juice, of course you can use sun loungers, you need to take towels with you. The beach on the territory of the Jaz Belberdere hotel is clean, well-groomed, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, entry into the water is both from the pontoon and from the shore. The food in the department is quite good, high quality, don’t expect Turkish AlL in terms of assortment, but the main thing is that it’s clean, neat, tasty!! The entire hotel staff is just super! Thank you very much for such an attitude towards vacationers. !!!! The center of Naama Bay can be reached either by taxi or by public transport, the fare per person is 5 Egyptian pounds. , taxi cost as agreed. The room is clean, cleaning is done daily, there are no problems with anything! This is not the first time we have used Jaz hotels and are always satisfied. Thanks to the staff!

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful..everything is good..the food and drinks and all the employees in the hotel..and I like that the sugar is Mr. Mohamed, the hotel manager, and Mr. Ahmed, the restaurant manager..and Mohamed the waiter..and Chef Mahmoud and Chef Mohamed.. Thank you to all the workers for everything

We stayed here for 1 week. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, nothing was ever to much for them. Food was average in main restaurant although you would not go hungry but very good at pool bar. Beach is a short ride away and beautiful but you can only have juice or Water. Had a great experience here and would stay again. Pool bar staff are great especially ahmed and samy and zaheria in main restaurant was great too.

Booked based on reviews and pleased to report my stay with family was a pleasant and restful experience. A five star rating for reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. Too many names to list here but Ahmed (reception), Ahmed (restaurant manager), Mostapha (waiter), Mahmoud (chef) and Ahmed (bar) all made a difference. The hotel facilities were great. The standard of rooms, food and drinks at the restaurant were good
