The resort is very relaxing, the rooms are clean and the food is plentiful and tasty. The guests are cool and there are lots of knowledgeable staff.

Movenpick Sharm El Sheikh, is very unique in terms of location, best spot in Sharm. What makes this place special as well, are the staff, everybody from reception to beach, are very helpful and hospitable, they just want to serve. Mohamed at the reception showed us several room options as the ones we got were not full frontal sea view as advertised. The main restaurant staff were also very helpful, especially Yasmine who always made sure we were comfortable and needed nothing. Waleed at the pool and horizon bar was also very friendly, and Ibrahim at the beach was also a hit. Also, the animation team were very friendly and entertaining. The staff and snorkelling made up for the few discomforts, the phone in the room never worked and was never fixed although we had requested that repeatedly over the four days we were there, the elevators also were out of service the entire duration, climbing those stairs were brutal, but luckily we stayed at a lower level, hence close to everything, pool, main restaurant and beach. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, they mentioned in the booking confirmation that works end at 4:PM, this was not the case, works kept going past 7:PM which was a bit annoying. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Only have two recommendations, one, food at the main restaurant can improve especially pastries and bakeries, also, the resort is constantly playing loud music, whether at the pool, beach or restaurant, sometimes too loud that we had to ask them to lower the volume, I guess this is done intentionally to camouflage the construction sounds. It would be nice if there was some quiet time. All in all, we will definitely come again and recommend. Thank you all for your kind service.

Heel erg goed hotel je kan erg goed snorkelen mooi coraal leuke shows in de avond groot zwembad met 2 goals in het ondiepe gedeelte ook nog een diep gedeelte voor mensen die in het water willen duiken heel vriendelijk en gastvrij Eten is ook erg lekker in het hoofd restaurant erg lekkere toetjes nog een kebab restaurant erg lekker om met je gezin of vrienden te zitten de volgende namen wil ik bedanken voor de service: Shrief, Mohamed, bij hoofd restaurant Mohamed fathy, mustafa en de shefkok Abd el moaty en van het strand Hamada en Hamada Ibrahim, Mohsen Hun allemaal bedankt voor hun gastvrijheid

I had to wait 3 hours for check in to receive dirty room with mattress covers dirty with blood. The other new room was full of ants that joined us back to our journey to home. The reception team is a disaster and has no clue about hospitality and respecting customers. Swimming pool contains metal block to fix the ceramic !! The side drain are full of very sharp plastic and it is really dangerous for kids !! The restaurant team is super professional and they are really nice.

Très joli resort surplombant le point culminant de la baie de Naama. vue inestimable !! piscine chauffée, salle de sport bien équipée et spa. Très bon restaurant international, chambres propres et toujours approvisionnées en eau. Plages bien entretenues avec intimité. Tout le personnel très aimable, en particulier un grand merci à IBRAHIM pour ses descriptions et son élégance dans l'approche des clients. HAUTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ!!

Visit this restaurant via voucher, all dishes was good, grilled chicken, kebab , sweets, waiters friendly service . All was great. We don’t drink alcohol and can’t advise it. So if you want to feel oriental atmosphere visit this restaurant!
