Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

Novotel are a chain with hotels around the world. Rooms are clean, pool area is good. The gym is poor, with 2kg weights, broken bike. be aware of the hustlers that operate in here, I ended up paying $150 for a haircut in the barbershop, its located in the Palm side, a man turns up out of the blue and baboozals you with some ridiculous treatments that was forced upon you...., You agree to shut the man up.....It's a well drilled hustle. I did complain to the Accor group to make them aware of this l but it fell on deaf ears. $150 for a hair cut for a 50 year old man ..... really Novotel.....!!! Be aware of the sellers harrasing you at your sun lounger trying to sell you day trips, massages, etc, they are the same people who operate in the hotel, that push onto you the haircuts!! Not a good experience and I left the hotel early.

The hotel service is very poor. The family of European and American tourists living next door have very low quality. They scream all night long and play games. There is no quiet night. I called the front desk to change rooms, and the only answer I got every day was: Sorry, there are no rooms available. I said, then you call to remind them to be quiet. I only heard them call to remind them on the first night. They didn’t call to inform them afterwards. Every day living in this hotel is extremely painful. The buffet is also very bad. It costs 950 pounds per person. It’s very unpalatable. There are very few food styles. A waiter has been standing next to us and asking us to pay, but the front desk asked us to pay after eating. I don’t know what he is in a hurry. When we checked out, we gave 40 US dollars, and the waiter actually took the change directly? ? Excuse me, what service did you provide me? How can you take the money yourself? In the end, I forcefully asked them to return the change to me. In short, I don’t recommend it. The service is too bad. It’s bad from top to bottom. Everyone should choose another hotel.
