Sharm Cliff Resort

يوم سعيد في هذا الفندق، يوقف آخر 6. النقل هو إلى الشاطئ، ولكن من المؤكد أن كل شيء جميل غير ممكن إلى الأبد. تسافر الحافلة الصغيرة إلى شاطئ البحر برسوم تبلغ 100 في المئة وهي التي ستمنحك فرصة الحصول على حافلة أخرى على الشاطئ أنا سعيد. من الطبيعي أن نلتزم بالطاعة. الإدارة لا تفعل ذلك مطلقًا، فهي على وشك الاستجابة، والنظارات، وتفاصيل ما لا يؤثر.

Отдыхали 5 ночей в январе вдвоём с подругой. Знали куда едем, ознакомились на различных ресурсах с отелем, нам он нужен был скорее для переночевать, в планах было несколько экскурсий. Локация у него неплохая и цену поймали хорошую. Пешком до супермаркета Карфур минут 35-40, один раз дошли до Олд маркета, полтора часа, но не спеша, обратно за 3 евро на такси, сторговались. Просил 5) Заселили быстро, просмотрели три номера, все плюс минус похожи. Вода горячая была, в номер воду не приносят. Купили в магазине, она не дорогая, брали с собой и в поездки. Из кулера набирать не хотелось, заводская понадежнее будет. Питание вобщем нормальное, понятно что в соответствии с ценой на тур, но голодными не были, есть из чего выбрать. Ресторан всего один, главный и два бара. Территория маленькая, ухоженная, два бассейна,  есть водные горки. Собственного пляжа нет, возят отельным трансфером. Мы в общей сложности были на море от отеля дважды, кроме того на двух экскурсиях удалось поплавать у красивых кораллов, вобщем моря хватило) Впечатлила поездка в рас-мухаммед, автобусом, классная. Заказывали все поездки в местной компании 1sttouroperator, не первый раз заказываем, знаем что все будет отлично и по приемлемой цене. Рекомендовать отель буду, но для непритязательного туриста, который большую часть времени будет в разъездах. Для "ленивого" отдыха я бы его не выбрала.

Unfortunately, there is nothing more bad service. Reception asks for money only for anything. Non-existent room service. Restaurant food is very bad. Unclean dishes. Sour and substandard food. No breakfast, no lunch, no dinner. I have never seen worse than this. Broken air conditioning service. There is not enough lighting in the rooms. The view on the balcony is full of insects. His fetus is under wraps. There is no working telephone in reception

لا انصح به علي الاطلاق خدمه سيئه جدا لايوجد خدمه غرف طول مده الاقامه طلب الرسيبشن ٥٠٠ جنيه مقابل تبديل غرفتي من فيو الجنينه لفيو البيسين في شهر عسل بصراحه اداره محترمه جدا او غير موجوده بالمره اول مره في حياتي اعرف ان غرف شهر العسل مفيش فيها ولا نظافه ولا تغيير ملايات ولا رسيبشن محترم غير واحد طول الوقت بيتكلم في الموبايل يافندم هتدفع ال ٥٠٠ جنيه ولا تاخد الغرفه علي الجنينه بسريرين بيضموا علي بعض في شهر العسل بصراحه بحيي اداره الفندق ومتشكر جدا علي الخدمه الي مش موجوده وتجار الفلوس الي في الرسيبشن

We stayed at the hotel from 10/23/23 to 10/30/23 (7 nights), a family of 3 people, the hotel was purchased as a 4-star, all-inclusive (the same information was indicated in the voucher). We travel a lot, we have been to many countries, including Egypt, and in different hotels, both budget and luxury 5*. We were in India in North Goa, where in many hotels the presence of air conditioning and TV is already a gift of fate, but in In these countries you don’t expect more, but fly with other goals, and not for comfortable conditions. The decision to fly to Egypt on vacation was spontaneous, there were only 7 days and flying to Asia with a long flight was not considered. The price for 7 nights is not very high, but I can’t say that it’s completely budget-friendly (approximately for the same price in mid-May 2023 we spent 9 nights in a 5-star hotel in Turkey). This hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh does not correspond to 4* or even 3*. This is a 2* hotel. Let's talk about everything in more detail: Our family and another tourist arrived at the hotel around 16:00. We checked into the rooms immediately. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main 3-story building, where there are rooms for living, reception, lobby bar and restaurant, and the second two-story building, where there are only rooms for living. We were checked into a two-story building (as well as all the other guests early and after arriving guests) in a room on the second floor. At the moment, the building was undergoing minor cosmetic repairs and there was a very strong smell of paint, which scared me, considering that my husband has bronchial asthma. The room turned out to have 2 single beds, provided that we were 3 adults and was absolutely not cleaned (layer of dust, dirty floor, plumbing, mirrors). Let me remind you once again that only one person checked in with us, and the hotel was no more than 20% full and I think there was plenty of time to prepare 2 rooms in advance. I had to go back to the reception and tell about the problems that had arisen, first of all, that there were 2 beds in the room, and there were 3 of us. It turned out that the administrator does not solve such problems and immediately dialed the hotel guide (Intourist) from his phone. The guide said that all problems can be easily solved and offered to move to another hotel (4*), paying an additional $50 per night. So, if anything, I arrived at a 4* hotel.... To which the guide replied that this is the most budget economy class hotel... You can’t move today, only tomorrow, and he doesn’t know how to sleep in 2 beds for 3 adults. .. Then, however, he asked to return the phone to the administrator, after which we were given a key to another room. The room was also in a two-story building, but on the first floor. This room already had 3 beds, the same dirt and a complete lack of hot water... I had to go back to the administrator at the reception. In the second case, he did almost the same thing, only he also told the guide to calm us down, so we don’t let him work (the question is, what is his job then?). The guide started being rude on the phone and said to move away from the administrator, they don’t behave like that, be content with what you have and move to rixis if

Very nice, quiet hotel. Excellent location. Easy transportation. Helpful staff. Excellent food. The room is clean. Amazing view. Excellent animation. The beach is nice, full of people and fish. Suitable for diving. The bar is excellent. Fast accommodation. I didn’t wait a lot. Various drinks every day. The aqua park is nice.

هل الغرف بها ثلاجة وكاتيل ومجات ومعالق ام لا ولا لما احتاج الى اى حاجة لازم اطلب خدمة الغرف اى هى الأشياء اللى احتاج اخدها معايا من القاهرة علشان محتجش لأى حاجة وانا هناك وبالنسبة الفوط والملايات أحدها معايا برده من هنا

Ten hotel powinien się nazywać noclegownia dla bezdomnych. Nic z opisem się nie zgadza. Brud, brak wody pod prysznicem, jedzenie niezdatne do spożycia, smród i biegające karaluchy. Recepcjonista nie zna żadnego języka poza arabskim,plastikowe kubki są tu najmniejszym problemem,brak słów, w życiu nie widziałam czegoś podobnego.Brak choćby jednego pozytywu.Omijać szerokim łukiem.
