It is a very low hotel, not enough for 5 stars at all. The towels by the pool need a room card to change. There are 2 towel cards per room, but if you bring an extra baby, it will never give you an extra towel , a family of three can only have one person without towels, the buffet breakfast and dinner are very poor, not five- star hotel, the hotel's children's facilities and photos are completely different, the service staff does not have a standard, just ask for tips, with coaxing, really Very poor hotel, poor! poor! poor! old! old! old!
Just rely on the natural beach to make some money, waste such a good resource

The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

I'm very happy for Baron Palms and it's small hotel but really good place very nice view at room .. Good service for all places main restaurant paradies lobby bar and beach .. reception helpful always and all staff always smile and asked me for anything a d help me ,, rooms are clean and smell good Thanks for everyone

Мы, посетили этот отель с 9 по 16 мая, отель отличный, обслуживание на высшем уровне, пляж песчаный, уборка номеров каждый день, постельное бельё на высшем уровне, пополнение бара, каждый день. Любые вопросы решаются по первому требованию. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Рецепшн, все отличные сотрудники! Анимация ненавязчивая по желанию. Отель на уровне 5+ Хороший ресепшн Мистер габер

Tout etait tres bien. Le service, l emplacement, la nourriture. Je le recommande vraiment. Ce qu il ma plus c est leur chaleureux accueil incroyable. The beach was very near to the hotel amd there was internet all the time. Merci Baron Palms for everything.

Een fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De bedden zijn wel wat aan de harde kant. Het eten is lekker en drinken is heel uitgebreid. Leuke snorkelplek met verschillende soorten vissen en zelfs pijlstaartroggen. Receptie is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en behulpzaam. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Camere accoglienti, estremamente pulite, letti comodi, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante; ottima cucina (tenendo conto che è un resort ed è in Egitto), varia e con ampia scelta al ristorante principale a buffet. E' possibile cenare una sera al ristorante egiziano e una sera al ristorante della piscina (che si può scegliere anche a pranzo in alternativa al self service di quello principale). A pranzo si può anche optare per il chiosco della spiaggia che offre pasti veloci e frutta, tuttavia bisogna mangiare sedendosi intorno al chiosco più o meno all'ombra; non ci sono altre zone ombrose, tranne sotto gli ombrelloni. Il servizio è accurato, ma discreto; tutti si prodigano per accontentare i clienti. La spiaggia, raggiungibile percorrendo un viale, consente di scendere in acqua direttamente (anche senza scarpette) e c'è un pontile da cui tuffarsi per nuotare vicino alla barriera corallina dove c'è sempre una persona addetta al salvataggio (lo abbiamo visto intervenire prontamente ed efficacemente per soccorrere una signora e un bambino in difficoltà). Gli ombrelloni sono ampi e distanziati: un'oasi di pace! Non è un posto per amanti dell'animazione che non era granché, ma a noi non interessava. Abbiamo notato che non ci sono barriere architettoniche.
