Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge.
Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it!
First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Amazing hotel i was there with my friends and it was really good The room was good and near to i every thing and so clean Also food was not bad But the best thing there was the animation team They are very friendly and funny they helped us everyday with everything Special thanks for zezo we will sure come back

We loved our stay here (me and my mum), we booked it last minute and got really lucky. Our balcony with pool view room provided stunning views of the sunset over the mountains every evening, and we were close proximity to everything. Food is good, and the bar service exceptional (however please stock white or coconut rum haha!). Shoutout to the reception team for always helping us, restaurant team, especially Mohamed; his birthday is 02/02/2002...I remembered ;), Mahmoud from the bar, and the Villain's entertainment team including Caesar and Vlada! We really did have the best week and we would love to return in the future! Thanks Xperience :)

All staff in experience Kiroseiz are absolutely fantastic they will do anything they can for you and make sure your stay is the best it can be Max and Kelly are fantastic always there to help you but there is one staff member who always gives his best and looks after us very well his name is ESLAM he always has our loungers and towels ready every day he very funny he is a plesure to have in experience Kiroseiz nothing is too much for him Fantastic Hotel keep up the good work 😀😃😄😁😁😆

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Everything about this hotel was excellent and overall the vibe was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. There is always something to do at this hotel and always something to take part in alongside the holiday reps.

Overall a great holiday,food wasn't amazing but Bassam made our holiday amazing and kept the drinks flowing 😀 Also a big thanks to zezo from the animations team for not being to pushy to go out every night but also making sure we were having a good time and not missing out on any activities going on.
