The hotel is so lively, you don't have time to get bored, there are parties; Shows.. food is good. Even if you want meat, there is no chance of you going hungry. The service and cleanliness are very good. The only drawback is that the sea is not suitable for swimming; it is always wavy; the wind is never missing

Excellent service, perfect stuff, very clean rooms and amazing cuisine, highly recommended. I got help for every problem really quickly. Staff at restaurants were extremely fast and friendly and helped me to make an amazing surprise for my father and my sister for their birthdays. Huge thanks

Замечательный отель с уютными номерами, вкусными ресторанами мировой кухни и разнообразной развлекательной программой. Вечерние шоу, дискотеки, освежающие напитки и вежливый персонал. Мы остались довольны. Отдых прекрасно дополнят экскурсии и прогулки в старый город за сувенирами. Вся необходимая инфраструктура на территории отеля, бары работающие до поздна, электро транспорт, который с ветерком доставит вас прямо на пляж, спорт зал, фитнес и море развлечений.

Excellent all round. However, we were not convinced the alcoholic drinks were genuine strength. They tasted as though they were watered down. One night, I complained twice about my drink hardly having any taste. They were replaced by a drink that tasted as it should. This happened in more than one bar. Either the hotel staff are watering the drinks for whatever reason, or the management are telling them to do it. Either way, this should not happen in a premium resort charging premium prices. Not saying the drinks are not international, they are. But they are definitely being mixed with water.

Классный отель! Вечеринки огонь! Еда, алкоголь, развлечения, анимация, чистота- высший класс! Бразильский ресторан- топчик🔥DJ Fela великолепна❤️стало скучно, можно на шатле доехать до соседнего Rixos покатается на сапах или заняться винсерфингом. Развлечения найдутся для всех. Рекомендую!

First I want to start off and say we stayed at a different hotel for 5 nights and I had no issue at all. The night I arrived I had pasta with tomato sauce and was very sick and spent 2 days in bed with an awful stomach. I then persevered and had dinner after that… same story became even worse and violently ill the rest of the holiday and even now. Upon reading reviews here, many state this issue too. We contacted the hotel and they ignored every single concern I had. My mother asked for biscuits to be sent to the room for me but they told us we had to pay extra. For Vegetarian options, it’s very poor. Same every day for the buffet and not many things are marked for dietary needs. I had a bread roll with a slice of tomato every night!! Also if you fancy having a redbull or energy drink, in an all inclusive may I add… you guessed it, you have to pay extra! Accessability wise, hills are very steep but much better than most hotels or places in Sharm. The last day there was a pool party and it was actually very good. But I will state staff here don’t go out of their way to form personal connections with guests as they are too busy to. Such a shame as it was marketed to be luxury and inclusive to all…
