Kind and helpful staff, drinking water provided in the room, almost everything was perfect - the food was good as well, and the golfcarts was extremely useful to avoid walking in the huge complex. The only downside was the massage staff who tried to get clients every day - but in Egypt that is the lifestyle.

Animatorii Super, tutti molto bravi specialmente Karim Mody e Adam molti simpatici e cordiali. Si mangia molto bene il villaggio e grandioso ,il personale molto gentile la spiaggia molto bella e pulita. Praticamente è stata una bella vacanza anzi bellissima.

We were staying at a different hotel in Naama bay but used the spa. The staff are exceptional, very professional, welcoming and excellent at their Individual jobs. Waleed always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed and ensured our experience was of a high standard. The masseuses were all very good, thorough and respectful whilst constantly checked the pressure was ok. I had beauty treatments from Heba which were wonderful her care for her work was outstanding. My husband had a haircut and shave from the young man in the salon he did a brilliant job my husband looked like a new man. I would recommend this spa 100%

Back again for at least the 10th time. The refurbished room are stunning. This time for a large family reunion. As ever the staff welcomed us as royalty. They helped my elderly mother daily and the disabled platforms on the beach were so wonderful! The food was spectacular as ever- delicious and creative. The egg man so kind - his falafel were to die for! Mr Mohammed El Hadary helped us in every way online before and during the trip. Amir looked after is in our room brilliantly. Everything was fantastic again. This beautiful hotel is on the best beach, with the best food and the best staff. 10/10 for comfort and cleanliness! See you all again next year.

We have been in Sharm 7times,but this hotel is the best,the food is excellent,the animation team is fantastic,they do their best,especially Adam and Moody,the territory is clean and green,the sea and the beach are veery beautiful,thank u ❤️

Хороший отель с большой, чистой территорией. Прекрасное отношение к гостям, особенно к детям. Wi fi ловит на всей территории, включая пляж и номера. Забронирован был номер в palm area, за 50 долларов (за 13 ночей) нас переселили в 1 корпус, ближайший к бассейну и морю. Пляж прекрасный, лежаков хватает всегда. Еда хорошая, нам понравилась. Воду можно попросить в любом баре. Прекрасная команда аниматоров. Летали на парашюте с катера, котались на таблетке и на кораблике с прозрачным дном. Все развлекухи договорились через Луку, это местный сотрудник, не обманет. Доллары легче всего менять в банкомате.

Wonderful suroundings/gardens.I like the arrangement on the main alley with the white arches reminding me of the TORI doors from Japan.Very spiritual experience going through them. Very clean and tidy rooms and everything! And i enjoyed every meal

В этом отеле отдыхаю уже не первый раз. Хочу поблагодарить за прекрасный отпуск в этом отеле. Всё сделано для того, чтобы гости отеля чувствовали себя радостными, желанными , счастливыми и отдохнувшими. Прекрасный ресторан, где очень-очень вкусно и красиво. Мастерство поваров и кондитеров выше всяких похвал, очень хорошее обслуживание, официанты также очень стараются обслужить Вас быстро и качественно. Отдельное спасибо за развлечения, музыку и доброжелательное общение девочкам и мальчикам аниматорам, особенно хочется выделить Екатерину и Гулю. Чистая , аккуратная и ухоженная территория пляжа. Прекрасное море и счастье там отдыхать. Очень хочется вернуться в этот отель ещё и ещё, Огромное спасибо.

Отличный отель хорошое расположение есть где погулять но и в принципе в отеле есть чем заняться утром на пляже про болят много активностей и каждый вечер разные шоу что не может не радовать также чистый пляж и очень очень вкусная и разнообразная еда
