Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel
When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. I attached the pictures

Do una stella perché l’hotel non rispecchiava le aspettative che mi aveva trasmesso. Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione e quindi non del tutto agibile, la piscina quella più grande e che nelle foto appare anche bella, è chiusa. Camera “ristrutturata” con odore di fogna. Qualità del cibo scadente , si va a fare colazione con i corvi e i passeri che ti sfiorano la testa e ti siedi sulle poltrone dove ci hanno appena fatto i bisogni. Secondo me hotel strutturato male troppe scale , per raggiungere anche solo la reception. Siamo arrivati, siamo durati una notte e poi siamo scappati in un altro hotel. Mi dispiace perché lo staff è volenteroso ma mai più.

the hotel is under a huge renovation at the moment so has no proper restaurant or lobby bar everything is set up as a temporary measure , main swimming pool closed with water slides and they have a temporary in door pool none of which is mentioned when booking this hotel . unpleasant rude staff and not good for english people the hotel was mainly egyptian people , the hotel should be closed until finished .

Siamo stati in questa struttura inizio aprile.. stanze abbastanza pulite, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Cibo buono, ottimi il ristorante internazionale e mongolo.. Abbiamo sempre trovato lettini a disposizione anche arrivando tardi. Ottima la posizione per fare snorkeling e vicino praticamente a tutto.. all’aeroporto, soho Square, old sharm.. fatte tutte le escursioni, siamo stati anche al Cairo. Peccato essere rimasti solo una settimana! Unica delusione: nelle foto fanno vedere una piscina bellissima grande e con gli scivoli enormi peccato sia inutilizzabile in quanto ancora in ristrutturazione. Fruibile invece quella interna, l’aquapark per i piccoli e quella esterna vicino al ristorante italiano. A parte questo ci tornerei anche domani!!!!! Consigliato!!!!

We came sharm 4. times. This one is best. We stay 11 days. It was wonderfull. Restaurants, bars, pools are good. All employers are helpfull and friendly. Rooms and pools are clean. Animation team and activities sufficient. Seashore is good. Nice landscape. We will came again.

Anche se in ristrutturazione hotel pulitissimo buona la cucina signor mahmood responsabile della reception gentilissimo barriera corallina stupenda stupenda e molto vicina alla spiaggia in parte anche sabbiosa quindi perfetta per tutte le esigenze ci tornerai davvero volentieri personale sempre Cortese e mai invadente difficile riscontrare un difetto anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Sono stata ospite con la mia famiglia al Pyramisa di Sharm dal 28 marzo al 2 aprile. Abbiamo lasciato il portafogli di mio figlio con documenti e varie tessere dentro la cassaforte chiusa con codice. Gli oggetti sono stati ritrovati (inizialmente no). Ho eseguito la procedura di Eden viaggi e Alpitour. aperto la pratica con amico Word, compilato il form con Passeggero Leggero, scritto e-mail su e-mail … nulla!!!! C’è un rimpallo di responsabilità assurdo. Non capisco come mai nessuno sa dirmi come riavere i miei documenti. Sono disposta a pagare l’invio del pacco.. ho dato tutte le disponibilità .. cosa devo fare? È una settimana che scrivo, chiamo … tutto ciò è assurdo. Mi stupisce la mancanza di professionalità del tour operator. Avevo scelto di affidarmi ad una agenzia per avere supporto in caso di problemi, ho sottoscritto e pagato anche tutte le assicurazioni del caso.. è possibile avere un supporto e capire dove sono i documenti di mio figlio e come riaverli indietro? ***********
