This hotel was fabulous, from the pleasant and clean resort it really was very good. Food was 8-10 Bed comfort 9-10 beach -7-10 overall 8/10 I would return. And recommend this hotel. Many different activities for kids and adults, one heated pool. Internet 2-10 😎

Отдыхала в июне 2023 года. Туроператор Библио глобус. За доплату в 5 тыс перелёт Аэрофлотом. Перелёт на 5+. Бюджет был ограничен, но очень хотелось на море. Выбор пал на данный отель. Перед поездкой читала отзывы, оставалась надежда что не всё так плохо. Но увы. Заселение, номер. Приехала в 16-00. Естественно что заселили сразу. Номер дали на первой линии с видом на море. Сначала удивилась, потом поняла почему. Не смотря на то что отель большой, отдыхающих было человек 40. При этом большинство местные. Поэтому заселить в номер на первой линии проблем не было. Номер-тихий ужас. Ощущения что не менялось ничего с момента открытия отеля. Убирались никак. Выбрасывали мусор, застилали постель. Всё. Полы не мылись пыль не вытиралась лет пять. Мини бар вонял каким-то алкоголем, помыли после двух обращений на рецепшен. Море, пляж. Шезлонги были в избытке, но в таком же состоянии как номер. Давно пора выкинуть это старьё и купить нормальное. Море-единственный плюс отеля. Вход с понтона(не длинный), риф живой, есть на что посмотреть. Территория. Большая, но совершенно не ухоженная. Людей практически не видно. Первые дни было не по себе, потом поняла что это в какой-то мере плюс. Питание. Голодной не была, но очень скудное. Официанты стараются. Убирают очень быстро. Посуда чистая. Никаких проблем с желудком не было. Бассейны. Их два. На вид чистые, но не пользовалась. Резюме об отеле. Действительно отель призрак. Либо надо закрывать, либо вкладываться. Отель не рекомендую. Брала две экскурсии. Обзорная по городу-зря потраченное время. Возили по магазинам с завышенными ценами. Вторая на яхте в Рас Мухамед. Шикарная экскурсия. Три остановке для плавания. Места остановок выбраны отличные. Плавать одно удовольствие. Между второй и третьей остановкой обед. Очень достойный. Напитки-вода, кола, чай-входят в стоимость в достаточном количестве. P.s. Египет очень люблю. До этой поездки была 7 раз. В Шарме, Хургаде. Перерыв между последним и предпоследним посещением 9 лет. На мой взгляд сервис очень упал. Очень надеюсь что владельцы отелей всё-таки начнут вкладывать деньги и в будущих посещениях будет гораздо больше положительного. Спасибо тем кто прочитал:)

As a regular patron of your establishment, I have always held high expectations for the quality of service and comfort your resort offers. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that the variety and quality of the food offered remained unchanged from my previous visits. I understand that challenges can arise in any establishment, but the culmination of these issues significantly marred what was meant to be a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. I believe that it is crucial for a renowned resort like Coral Beach to maintain its reputation for excellence, and unfortunately, my recent encounter fell short of that expectation. I kindly request that you take my feedback seriously and address the issues I have outlined.
