The air conditioner in the room on the first night was broken and we changed it on the second day We do live alone and I like the relationship between people and people will be good

The hotel and staff are what make this place ! They can’t do enough for you , rooms are spacious , dated but all you need, the cleaners are amazing and left us daily towel art!! The pools are clean and there’s plenty of sunbeds. Pool and all bar staff again are brilliant. We just wanted a fly and flop holiday and that’s exactly what we got , a huge room that in 2 steps we were on a sunbed we liked the quiet pool to just do nothing but relax, Weather has been wonderful. We knew the hotel wasn’t in the busy areas and there is nothing in walking distance , taxis are cheap and the hotel lay on buses. Both beaches are good with basic food . You just put your room number down on the list in reception for the day and time you want to go. Didn’t have a problem with mozzies but we buy OFF which keeps them away. Entertainment staff are friendly and there’s plenty to do round the main pool . The only slight moan was the food , breakie is good , lunch was ok always beef chicken rice pasta chips , salad was pretty good for an Egypt hotel , evening meal was much the same as I am vegetarian I did struggle BUT we knew this would be a little nag so we’re happy to eat out , meals out can cost from £13 to £40 for 2 of us , This is my 16th time to Egypt and I would return to this hotel for sure as we paid very little for a lovely relaxing holiday Michael on reception is a credit to the hotel

First time in Egypt and it didn’t disappoint! What a beautiful hotel amazing location really lovely week spent here! The staff are super nice and welcoming always happy to help, lots to do in the area different beach options and free buses in the evening to the towns which was a really nice touch. The activities around the pool are really enjoyable and the animation team really know how to brighten everyone’s day really lovely girls shout out to Aliya she knows how to get everyone involved and is so easy to talk to. Can’t wait to come back soon.

My first time at this hotel, and the food is the worst options I've ever had before and this is my 3rd time to Egypt. Some friends of ours are currently also here, it's their 13th time to Egypt, and said the same. The food itself is okay, but there is such a limited selection. Partly my own fault because it is a smaller hotel than I usually book into, but at the same time I do feel there is an unreasonably limited selection regardless of it being a smaller hotel. After giving it a try the first 3 or 4 nights, we've eaten out half of the nights since. We only have 4 days left of our holiday here and we are eating out for 3 of them. I've also found the bedding to be rather itchy, and we got a free upgrade as our initial room was far below acceptable reasonable standard. I personally feel it wasn't worth the lower price to stay here compared to other more expensive places I've stayed and wish I'd just spent more for somewhere better considering it has cost us more eating out than just booking into a better hotel with nicer food, more selections and more stuff to do. On a positive note the staff were fridndly, especially the animation team. The place is also wheelchair/limited mobility friendly, just ensure you ask for a ground floor room.

Just returned home after a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, I’ve never known such helpful, friendly and caring staff at any hotel I’ve been to before. They make you feel part of a family and are an absolute credit to this hotel. The entertainment team are fantastic, they’re brilliant with children and adults, the activities are great fun that they organise and are also a credit to this hotel. Both beaches are great, sandy beach is more of a ‘fun’ beach which our children loved but coral beach is simply stunning and has the better all inclusive food option. I can’t find any fault with this wonderful place. We can’t wait to return to this hotel, it’s paradise.

This is one of the best hotels ive been to for a family getaaway, it is perfect whether you want to relax or enjoy the many activities with the entertainment team special mention to the girls from England they made my daughters holiday will definitely have to return soon. The hotel itself is clean and always has something going on, the staff are friendly and always smiling. Its a good location not hard to get to the main town and markets. Really recommend this place.

Had a an amazing 2 weeks here the staff are very professional and friendly. The cleanliness is perfect they take care of the place very well. The food is good but could be better . The entertainment team are so friendly and have loads of activities to join in with. Overall great holiday and definitely recommend.
