The biggest plus is the beach! The food is on par with a 4-star hotel. The entertainment is a bit sluggish, but it's suitable for a family vacation. For this price, the service is perfectly adequate!

The room lacked basic amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo; instead, there was a 3-in-1 product. They didn't bring an iron when requested. The food was acceptable, but I'm sure it could be much better. The alcohol came in plastic bottles, not the best, but drinkable. Overall, it's a great hotel for its lower price point, and for a 4-star, everything was super.

We spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel and it was a lovely experience. I owe a special thank you to the animation team. They helped us have a great time.

Excellent hotel, spacious grounds, lots of water slides. The hotel has a sandy beach and lots of flowers. We absolutely loved it; the food was delicious, and everything was great. Thanks to the Russian-speaking guy at reception for his prompt assistance.

It was a great trip. The service attitude of the hotel was very good. The food was delicious and cost-effective. It had its own private beach. The only drawback was that the private beach is separate from the hotel and you need to walk 200 meters. Overall good, highly recommended!
