The staff was very good and the food was amazing and the aqua staff was very friendly and the surf was very good and the animation team was active all the time and the staff at the bar was very nice and friendly and kind and the American diner was very good hotel was very great must have five stars

Great hotel. We spent a wonderful week there. Delicious food, first-class service and, of course, animators who didn't let you get bored. A typical family hotel with various family attractions. The pools were clean, the room was just right and good cleaned.

The resort is okay. Staff are welcoming and lovely and you can go across the road to the holiday village with access to the beach. The activity group here have two really hard working individuals Kayne and Youssef. They made our holiday. They are lovely and funny individuals who are so welcoming to anyone joining their activities or not. Always make time for the guests and just genuine individuals. Just wish they had more access to the equipment here like coming on the water slides with us. Keep up the work lads, you’re amazing! Starla and Atten

Very nice short break family holidays… as a small resort not much is going on as not in proper season, but the entertainment team especially Hamda, Oliwia and Amy made an effort to keep us active and entertained with activities like yoga, aqua aerobics, water polo and fabulous games of darts…. Thank you for all your suggestions and company…. Perhaps we can go clubbing with you next time

Me and the family just spent one week here and it was amazing! The hotel is great and all staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The bar staff couldn’t have done enough making sure we always had drinks. I would like to mention the animation team, Oliwia, Aimee and Hamada who always made us laugh and asked if we wanted to join in their activities and even just coming over for a chat. Amazing holiday overall.

Was my first holiday as a family and it was wonderful! As we arrived, we got shown to our room promptly which was nice with children. The staff can’t do enough for you here, bar men and restaurant staff are really attentive. Always making sure drinks are topped up in bar area and round the pools. Animation team is lovely. Olivia and Hamada by the pool are always active and asking people to join for activities which is nice. I especially liked the aqua gym and darts(although I’m horrendous at darts) My daughter often went to the kids club which she enjoyed for time out of the sun. Aimee was in the kids club and was always keeping her entertained. My daughter loved the face paints she did! Evening entertainment was a joy to watch, my daughters loved the dance show which was on. There is a show every night at 9, which is straight after the mini disco. Followed by some sort of live music in the lobby/ terrace area. This is nice to sit with the family with card games. Trip to soho square is a must. We got food whilst we was there shopping. Really nice food and shops. Farsha is also a nice evening out as the place lights up at sunset. Cant praise all staff enough. Work very hard and long hours. Look forward to returning with the rest of the extended family.

Me and my wife had such a great time. The service and staff at this hotel are just outstanding. The barmen at the terrance bar always made sure we had a drink at the table and the animation team always did lots of activities round the pool and they had a good atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back. Great holiday all round.

Having been to Egypt 6 times I have to say this was yet again a very good experience in a wonderful friendly country. All the bar and waiter stuff couldn’t do enough for you you was never thirsty put it that way, also a massive shout out to Hamda, Oliwia and Amiee for keeping us all entertained throughout our 2 weeks stay they made every effort to get everyone involved in the activities and one of my favs was the daily killer darts 🎯 Amiee you done well keeping my little wild one’s entertained in kids club, they never normally visit the kids clubs on holiday but they wanted to go every day they had a great time, Rosie loved her face paints 😘 thankyou so much we will miss you all lots and hopefully see u again soon. Xxxx

First off don’t listen to the negative reviews. We’ve just returned from 11 nights of excellence. Food is plentiful, weather was superb, in the 30’s every day. All the staff were helpful and polite, choice of pools and slides was awesome. As far as we’re concerned if you write a negative review of this hotel, your expectations are very high, we’ve been to Egypt 15 times, this was our first visit to this hotel and by far it’s been the best of all of them. We will definitely come back, hopefully in September. We were a couple travelling with our 4 year old granddaughter, and she especially enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff for making this a memorable holiday.
