Coral Sea Imperial "Coral Sea Sensatori"

This hotel is incredible! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated with kindness and welcomed as though it was our second home. As I have coeliac disease, it can often be very difficult to find resorts that will cater so sensitively for my allergy and this can often make enjoying mealtimes on holidays very stressful and anxiety provoking. However, this hotel was the complete exception to that! They were mindful of cross contamination, made sure that the chef’s and waiting staff in each restaurant on resort knew about my allergy before I ate in them and were so kind and considerate about my need for careful preparation and handling of food. For the first time in a long time, I felt safe to relax and enjoy food on holiday. The location of the resort cannot be beaten either! It’s on the coast with the sea literally only steps away - a dream location for a perfect Egyptian holiday ️It is a five star resort so expect to pay those kind of prices to book but it is worth every single penny. The hotel is spotlessly clean and is immaculately maintained by a huge team of extremely hard working staff. From the housekeepers to the pool guys, barmen to reception and restaurant teams, everyone is super friendly and goes out of their way to make your holiday experience the best it can be. There’s nothing that they won’t do to help and their enthusiasm and energy for their work is inspiring. We particularly loved leaving notes for our housekeeper (he kept our room spotless throughout our stay) to challenge him to do more and more elaborate towel art creations everyday! Despite its size, the hotel does not feel overwhelming or built up like some of the bigger hotels can sometimes feel. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and whether you want to throw yourself into the evening entertainment (highly recommend the silent disco nights!) or simply relax and enjoy a peaceful dinner followed by a few quiet drinks, you have the option to do either at Coral Sea. Just came back after a family vacation and I must say this hotel is awesome in some points, but falls short in a couple of key aspects that could be improved. What we liked: 1. Excellent beach with a coral reef that offers amazing underwater views each day (lots of fish species to be discovered here while snorkeling or scuba diving). 2. Staff is very polite and always helpful no matter the location (beach, restaurants, bars...); 3. As expected all the facilities are spotless. The room cleaning was impecable. 4. Food in the buffet restaurant is diverse and most of the ingredients are of medium to good quality. 5. Feedback is asked everywhere which shows the desire to constantly improve the services. What could be improved: 1. We used a couple of times the AC in the room, and was very noisy. Fortunately, it was not so hot, and we could sleep very well, but I don't want to imagine how it would have been if we had to use it each night. 2. Our double standard, and we also noticed that swim-up rooms, did not have an insect net, so we had some issues with the mosquitos. 3. Drinks were local as per AI services, and although most of the cocktails were ok, the beer and wine were terrible (especially the beer-very poor quality). However, the prosecco and spirits hour in the evening was a plus. 4. We dined only in the oriental a la carte restaurant, as we were informed by the reception that, since we booked a double standard room, we cannot dine in all the three a la carte restaurants. We were a little dissapointed since, in the information page received with the key at our check in, it said clearly that we can book once for each of them. So, inconsistent information is not so great, especially for 5* hotels. 5. Kids club seemed to be always full, and the reservation system for chidren activities seemed weered for us. We tried two times to book but could not find empty slots for our daughter. This should be changed as it can be very frustrating for the little ones. 6. Animation team and evening entertainment are not great and are mostly tailored to British guests. Where is the Egyptian authentic experience? 7. Kids disco is a 15 minutes dancing show provided by the animation team, but surprizingly the children are not on the stage. They are in the first row trying to immitate the adults on the scene. The focus should be on children here (they should be on the stage dancing together with the animation team). 8. The furniture in the reception, and the double standard room, although looks slick, is showing its age. Overall, the hotel is good value, but more a 4*+ experience. We will shortlist it for future experiences in Sharm.

Just back home after a two week Easter break. This was our second visit in two years and a lot is better than before; namely food quality. Drinks: not premium but it does say in all brochures that Premium drinks are extra. "House" spirits drinkable, house wine better than I remember from last time but cocktails are terrible unfortunately. Food: Huge choices in The Restaurant if you're prepared to look and try. All cuisine groups catered for at various occasions. A La Carte restaurants all very good with good choices and tasty food. There are three of these. There are four restaurants that are payable. Gokan Asian, Gokan Teppanyaki and Stone Grill. These average at about £45 for two people for three courses. IVO Beach: A luxury at $90 for two people but you're treated to a day of being spoiled by Islam. If you choose, you can gave a casita with fridge filled with soft drinks and chocolate, a flat screen and bench seating. Two sunbeds on a wooden platform, a parasol and a giant beanbag or two. Breakfast and lunch is included and is cooked by an on-site chef, all at a time of your choosing and unlimited drinks served by Islam. Yes, your food and drinks are all inclusive anyway, but this is a fantastic treat to experience. Grounds: meticulously maintained. Finally, STAFF: Every bar, restaurant and cafe had the most fantastic staff. If you make the effort to engage with them, they will make your holiday for you. I noticed so many guests not even making eye contact with staff. What is wrong with them! Cannot name all the staff that made our two weeks special as there were so many but a special shout out to Sayed, Mansey, Islam and Mamoud in the adult pool bar; Khaled and Ahmed in Lobby Bar; Huussan in Tiran Restaurant and never forgetting my mate Mostafa in Gokan and food court. A huge smile every time. Two definitely areas, family and adult only. Adult only so quiet and relaxed, whilst the family areas had activities and a lot more vibes. Entertainment: didn't really go to the Venue so cannot comment but Resident Singer in piano bar, I'm so sorry but he's terrible. Actually painful on the ears. Feel sorry for the poor staff who have to endure him. Definitely would recommend this resort without hesitation.

. This is my fourth time staying at the hotel,and every year it gets better and better.I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean,comfortable,and well organized.The food was amazing with a big variety,and everything tasted really nice. Special thanks to the restaurant manager,Mr. Salah Abdo,for his kindness and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Well as this was our 10th visit to the Tui Blue Sensatori Coral Sea, I feel like there isn't too much left to say......but will write this anyway:).. The Hotel Staff really make the holiday experience, caring like they are family and making you feel at home. Prime examples of this are, Ibrahim and Mohammed were not even working in the Adult area of the Fountains Restaurant yet, came over the say hello many times, asking about us and our daughters ( who hadn't been with us since the first visit!) and Mansy, who was working in the Beach Bar, yet came over to say hello. Add this attention to details with Mahmoud, Mohammed ( tall and shorter one:)) around the Pools, greeting us like family every day. We didn't sit by the beach, yet Essam again hugged like family. This is the type of culture they create, they want you to feel at home every day. Then there is the gym, now I expect to put weight on when eating all inclusive.....because the food is great and but with Mahmoud PTI pushing me every day, I even managed to return home fitter and stronger then when I arrived!!...he is a pocket rocket, always smiling( OK perhaps not when quests drop weights- which is bad form!) and will inspire you in the gym. All the food outlets are fine, great food with lots of choice( too much if you have a sweet tooth!!). Grounds are kept wonderfully and everything is clean and tidy. In an ideal world, yes the gym floor needs some rubber mats, to protect the investment in the dumbells but also the noise for guests staying under the gym. I am also sure that some of the rooms will be due some walk in showers, this isn't a knock but a flexible way to offer guests who can't step into a bath for a shower. The snorkelling is fantastic and invest time being in the sea and you will be rewarded with wonderful sights of the vast array of sealife My top tip, treat all the staff with respect( there is absolutely no need to leave piles of rubbish around sunbeds when you walk past a bin on way back to rooms!!) Or finish drinks before ordering another one- that's a small reason why prices go up!. Any way booked trip 11 and 12 already :)
