I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Otherwise, the hotel was big and there was room, but it was very outdated, the doors didn't want to work properly - it really needs repair and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the side of the water park where we went swimming, the water was so black that there was already life at the bottom. And that food, day after day, from morning to night, was one and the same food. The same rice, one type of chicken and one type of other animal meat - there was no choice at all. There was no fruit selection. Big oranges - uncut, strawberries that were black and earthy, sometimes there was a slice of melon too. But when it ran out, not much food was brought, the barrels were often empty. And even bottled water was not available on the hotel premises. A couple of small bottles were brought into the room, if you left them, you said to add some more

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We upgraded to VIP (goldband) worth every penny and more. The restaurant was exceptional and the service from the team fantastic. The beaches are beautiful and safe, the pool areas beautiful the aqua park is seperate so if its not your thing its not disturbing. Ramy the recreation manager couldnt do enough. We will definately return

Hotel insgesamt ist ok.Schöne Lage unz. Viele Restaurants mit guter Essen. Leider 80% Russen und 15% Pole.Werde nicht schlimm gewesen aber alle sprechen Dich direkt Russisch.Personal mit Rezeption können überhaupt kein Deutsch. Allgemein Personal ist sehr freundlich ob Strand Pool oder Lobby. Massage Perfekt. Schade nur was die Aktivitäten Verkäufer ziemlich oft streiten sich zusammen sehr laut neben Gäste ( Steg anfang).Auch Personal bei Terrasse Abends. Rezeption reagiert nicht auf Reklamationen. Beste man ist Poolbarman Hassan..immer freundlich. Zimmer sind ok bis Toiletten( Katastrophe..Badewanne )

Ottima esperienza, personale molto gentilì sorridenti, specialmente il barman della spiaggia, Imad, che ci ha coccolato con i suoi drink e il suo sorriso. Anche le camere sono molto pulite, Il mangiare è buono, ci ritornerò molto volentieri spero il prima possibile.

La 3 volta che soggiorno al royal....devo dire persone simpatiche e disponibili.....capo ristorante behar molto attento e simpatico ...barman del bar spiaggia royal..aimad .. numero 1...simpatico.. bravo...walid.lavora in spiaggia servizio ottimo....persone simpatiche e disponibili.mangiare buono .

تحسين الاكراد وادخال الاكلات العربية مع العلم بوجود مطعم اخر ولكن للعشاء فقط تحسين العصائر وادخال الموسيقي العربية،....نظافة الفندق جيده جدا الموظفين رائعين الغرف هادئة ومريحة جدا الشاطئ نظيف جدا ومريح للسباحه الاكل متوفر دائما ...تتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتاالاالللللغزدددزززززززززززززززاتننننتززببفغععهترررزززززززدززززززازز

Мы отдыхали с 5 декабря по 16 декабря 2021 года. Очень довольны что наконец-таки открыли нам границы! В первый день как приехали, нам одели наши золотые браслеты и мы были просто счастливы! По приезду в отель мы пошли кушать в главный ресторан! Нас он разочаровал! А когда нам раскрыли все секреты наших браслетов! Началось веселье! Отдельный пляж! С отличными лежаками! Прекрасный бар! Незабываемый, добрый бармен по имени Sherif! Спасибо ему за наш отдых! Не могу так же отметить Аладина, который подошёл к нам в первый же день нашего прилёта и начал предлагать экскурсии! Как грамотно, как весело! Зачётный парень! Сначала мы от всего отказались, решили дождаться встречи с гидом! Но именно под конец нашего отдыха, мы взяли у него экскурсию прогулка на катере! Это просто было огонь! Советуем от души! Так же отмечу наш ресторан на пляже! Приветливый персонал! Быстро исполняют ваши пожелания по напиткам, а главное грамотно. На обед я очень люблю овощи на гриле! Хорошо и вкусно готовят! Спасибо! А пенная дискотека в холодном бассейне тоже имеет смысл быть! Но маленьких детей жалко. Всё равно анимация старалась, молодцы! В общем и так много написала! Спасибо отелю Regency Plaza Resorts! Наша оценка твёрдая 4* ! Ну и так же добавлю! Нам запомнились эти замечательные люди!: Арафат - главный в ресторане Romantik. Он конечно молодец, но пусть будет только более коммуникабельнее. Шериф - бармен на пляже в баре для туристов только с золотыми браслетами. Человек с большой буквы! Просто большой молодец! У него все навыки стать большим начальником! Мы искренне ему желаем успеха и роста! Ехаб - Начальник в ресторане Romantic. Иногда бывает неправ. Но старается! Ахмед - повара из ресторана на пляже. Отличный повар! Приветливый! Дружелюбный! Напишу так! Все вели себя соответственно хорошо своим полномочиям! Наша комната была 1136. Наш уборщик был Усама! Немного надоедливый, но клёвый! Ему респект!

The hotel Regency Plaza is super! Very nice and profesional Staff. Best regards to Isam who was cleaning our rooms. Big hotel, fine rooms, delicious food but people working there the best - everyone smiling and nice! The beach was great too! Sharm is the best in Egypt! And find Adam who is selling trips on boats. Very nice guy, speaking polish!

Pienamente soddisfatta della struttura, della camera, del personale, della agenzia di viaggio DLT, dei ristoranti.... Tutto superiore alle aspettative. Un ringraziamento particolare va ad Adriano per l'accoglienza e la professionalità nel servizio al ristorante "Il Camelo". Posso dire di avere cenato in un ristorante stellato dove oltre alla qualità si è di fonte anche alla cura della presentazione dei piatti e l'attenzione continua e discreta per tutta la cena verso il gradimento del cliente.
