It was amazing staying, friendly staff , very good location, beautiful snorkeling spot ,one of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh, I highly recommend it , we've enjoyed so much thank you so much 😊💕

Not far from the airport, a taxi costs 5 dollars per car, many buildings, beautiful territory, but everything is old and tired!!!

The service was very good, and we upgraded the room type for free when we checked in. Every staff member smiled warmly and asked if there was anything they needed help with. The hotel has a swimming pool and is close to the sea. The restaurant has a wide variety of food.

The location of the hotel and the sea are really beautiful. When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool.
It's not a hotel I would choose again.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff are all wonderful and go above 5* for their guests and hospitality. The staff was always playing with my little boy and making him laugh and smile, We cried the day we had to go home. Never felt like that before on any holiday. Foods is fine, wouldn't say perfect wouldn't say bad. We was all fed generously and happy. Excursions are OMG!!!! id advise to do snorkeling and quad bikes. The boat trip was all amazing and the submarine. Its a holiday to remember. We have to say was one of our best holidays and we've been turkey & spain previously and already looking to rebook, we have just got home lol. The rooms was like every other hotel, bottled water teas and coffees shampoos ect clean towels everyday and cleaned room. We was made animals out of our towels which made it that little bit special when going back to the room. My family loved it and most of us cried when leaving. Dont trust the purfume guy between sports and front hotel on the left side towards pharmacy!!! Just stay away from that shop!!!! Fraud!!!!The rest are all lovely and got some nice souvenirs. My friend mohamed manager of the restaurant, what a beautiful soul. Its the staff that makes that place bloom and the slides for the kids. Just the whole was just perfect from day one to the end. Night entertainment is abit boring but the singer is great, hes entertaining but im too tired to be bothered after dinner lol so didnt really bother us, when we did stay and have a drink we had a great night :-) didnt like the Cadbury choc sold bananas are the best. Think that's covered it. Staff amazing!!!! They really are im rebooking:-) and go see the horses. Theres like 20 of them. Took us a couple of hours to go say hello to them all but worth it :-)
