Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Front Hotel

Hotel is massive. We had all inclusive stay. Price was very reasonable

We have just returned from this hotel, from seat to finish a brilliant experience, staff look after you so well, Mahommed and hany in the restaurant were fantastic all week, grounds are superb so well kept, pool is huge with a grea swim up bar, we had a deluxe sea view room and it was very spacious with amazing views, the beach is great a little packed but the snorkelling is fantastic,wide variety of food available for all tastes, service all around the hotel is amazing but show the staff respect and a few tips and they will do everything they can to make you stay perfect, I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning

So first night overall place looked stunning with beautiful sea views and the cocktail bar on the sea front,second day normal day and evening eating and watching the entertainment. 3rd day.husband was vomiting and had diahorrea for a full day no explanation as he had eaten the same food as myself and kids and drank bottled water supplied by the hotel. News travelled fast around the pool and we wasn't the only ones,nearly 90% of the English was experiencing the same ,we discovered that a few had been put onto a drip. We chatted to a few people and started to worry but trier to eliminate too what's the cause.. a doctor advised a young girl turn off the air con So we decided to do the same. Luckily myself and kids stayed safe,but to be in a hotel with air con causing 90% of the English to be so sick and put on a drip is outrageous. Never experienced this in 6 years of coming to sharm, but this is a frightening experience with kids not been able to relax on your holiday in case you eat,drink ,touch something you shouldn't. As for entertainment ,was nothing for kids just a short show ,mainly belly dancers or a singer. The main point is they sing 1 English song,the rest is for Russians. Food, basic standard pizza,pasta,salad and pies no Cheese at lunchtime to have a basic cheese roll,when your anxious what to eat for the best..anyway food is an individual opinion,can't judge on this as we have had alot worse and better Overall the hotel is needing to act fast on getting to the bottom of people been so sick resulting to a drip.

My husband and I have just returned from a 11 night stay at this hotel. Over all the hotel is in a good location and is kept clean, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, especially Mohammed in the restaurant (pink shirt) who always made sure we had a table and drinks. Muhammed down at the towel hut was again very friendly and helpful. The thing that disappointed the most was the food, it was awful and if you found something that you thought was okay it was stone cold, every night not just the odd dish. The pizzas were cold and the base was uncooked. For a five star hotel the food is shocking and really needs improvement, good job Soho Square is only five minute walk away which has some lovely restaurants.

Ask for Ali from Marina Divers for the best activities. Book with him a journey to White Island and dive in to the Red Sea to see the amazing corals and creatures that God created. Also book a trip with the speed boat for 2 hours to see dolphins and for snorkeling in two beautifull places.

Location: across from soho square and beach front Hotel: Spotless. Large room, comfy bed, good shower, tea n coffee facilities, bottled water refreshed every day Food: Loads of choice even for the pickiest eater! The restaurant across from the Italian (it’s down stairs) is superb! Staff: Always greet you with a smile and work bloody hard! They are a great team! Spa: Cannot recommend the married couple, enough! The best massage ever!!! When the guys come round asking though barter!!!! Overall: We have had an amazing break and would definitely come back
