The service was very good, and we upgraded the room type for free when we checked in. Every staff member smiled warmly and asked if there was anything they needed help with. The hotel has a swimming pool and is close to the sea. The restaurant has a wide variety of food.

The location of the hotel and the sea are really beautiful. When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool.
It's not a hotel I would choose again.

Lovely hotel and staff, go to the pool bar as they will look after you. Hotel bar let's it down. Food was OK. Mosquito are rife, take some spray with you. Soho is amazing at night, no prices so go with price in mind........ But all in all nice break.

The most friendly, helpful and efficient staff - in particular: A fab hotel at a lovely hotel, where the staff are the true stars….. Animation team ladies - Sarah, Maria, Victoria, friendly and encouraging but not too pushy - Main pool,lifeguards and pool attendants - worked very hard, very attentive (see pic) - Abdullah & Ahmed, pool bar (see pic) - more hard workers - Mohamed Farag & Captain Islam, vend one bar (see pic) - Mahmoud, quiet pool bar - Wazeem, massages - All waiters in Laguna Restaurant!! - Cleaner of room 4106 - who also taught me some Arabic! - Spa great experience, especially the VIP Spa (private use of sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) - highly recommended - Laundry service, fast and efficient (see pic) - Oriental show performed by animation team EXCELLENT. Fabulous authentic dancing and great costumes made by Victoria - Gardeners also work hard to keep grounds looking beautiful

This place owns a huge piece of my heart. Everything is perfect from the level of service to recreational facilities. I also love that the hotel is so vibrant and has lots of entertainment activities. Sarah, Lucian and Ivanna are very friendly and active. Attia from the housekeeping team is very dedicated person, I loved how he always memorizes my preferences and requested amenities. Special thanks to Mr. Serhat, Alaa Hamdy, Ahmed Yehia and Mahmoud for making my stay beyond perfect. Last but not least special thanks to the most welcoming GM Mr. Samir Rashwan Can’t wait for my next Concorde visit 🙏

Let's start from the position of the village which is strategic! You are practically in Soho, close to the airport and Naama Bay. Beautiful and well-kept village, comfortable and comfortable rooms. We even had an ironing board and iron! Very varied international cuisine and Italian cuisine with chef Elisabetta preparing excellent first courses! Now we come to the highlight: the Italian staff led by the talented Stefania, Francesco the angel of the children, Ivan available and very sweet, Daniele very nice and super dynamic. It's a real pleasure to talk to them. Matteo, our head contact person, is a very helpful and knowledgeable person; it's easy for you to trust. What can I say... they were our everything! I stayed at the Concorde from 26/04 to 3/05 with my aunt and my 6 year old son. I turned to my agency asking for 2 things... 1 that I wanted to remember positively on my 40th birthday and 2 that it was an Italian village to make everything easier for my son. What can I say, super satisfied. The structure is very beautiful and it feels great. Perhaps the only sore point is the location of the Kids CLUB which is very far from the beach. But everything was made magical by the guys at Atelier Vacanze. Matteo, Stefania, Francesco, Ivan and Daniele are spectacular people. Always present and attentive in everything and for everything. There was empathy from the first moment and it is thanks to them that this holiday will remain in our hearts forever! With the hope of being able to return next year I absolutely recommend going!

We both became ill on holiday and was seen by a doctor within the facility of the hotel Panaormic clinic , Dr Mahmoud Sdeek and his team , well I haven't seen a doctor like him in years he told me what was wrong put me on IV ***** straight away after 2 sessions and advice I was feeling lots better , he also prescribed me with oral medication and touched base to makesure I was okay , he went above and beyond with his care and expertise . Every hotel should have a doctor like Dr Sdeek an absolutetly brillant doctor would not fault him at all , I trusted him more than some of the doctors back in the UK, becasue he had the knowledge, a true Saint.... Thanking Dr Sdeek and his whole team ... Thank you very much 😊
