stupendo dopo 13 anni che frequentiamo l’Egitto abbiamo trovato un resort eccellente adatto veramente al relax e alla vera vacanza attrezzato con vari ristoranti, negozi, aree relax, ottimo servizio, ottimo personale e attento ai dettagli della vacanza e disponibile alle esigenze del cliente e in ultimo camere eccellenti dotate di ogni confort e dettagli mai riscontrate in altre strutture. Ottimo cibo Eccellente personale Eccellente direzione Eccellente manager che a dirittura parla 6 lingue e quindi adatto a tutte le nazioni Eccellente posizione Eccellente struttura Eccellente spiaggia Eccellente servizio Consiglio a tutti gli italiani e non che voglio farsi una vera vacanza Ci torneremo presto.

It was a great vacation! Especially I wanna say thank you to waiter Mahmoud Elpatal, who made our journey really luxuary. He read our thoughts and do all that can to make it to perfect. Almost I wanna say thanks to the receptionist Abanoub Magdy who solves all our questions and do it with a best smile which eve I seen. The best services in Rixos.

Everything was great starting from the reception Especially M. Rasha, I thank her very much for her kindness ,her usual Smile and welcoming us as usual. I also thank M. Moataz for everything. The hotel is very clean, There are many restaurants , the food is varied, the sea is very nice, the service is excellent, and the rooms are great.This is the second visit but not last.

Our family happy that we choose Rixos Golf for vacation. Everything was amazing there. Welcoming reception, helpful guest relations team, fast service on the bars ans restaurants. Very good treatment and comfortable hotel facilities. Clean rooms

We had an amazing time in the hotel. Very clean room , delicious food with good variety at Main Restaurant and a la cart, fast service everywhere. Clean and beautiful beach, comfortable hotel facilities. We will recommend for our family and friends

Un hôtel merveilleux, un accueil chaleureux, un cadre magnifique, des chambres spacieuses, modernes et très zen. Les restaurants sont très généreux et les menus variés. Le service est excellent. Une mention spéciale au Chef Mehmet Ali et Jaafar qui a organisé l'anniversaire de ma fille au restaurant italien. Un grand merci à Ash du guest relation pour la surprise et déco de la chambre des enfants. Merci à Abou Mazen pour son sourire chaleureux lors des déplacements en cart. Les seules remarques: 1. L'accès à la plage n'est pas direct (déplacement par bus fourni par l'hôtel) et la plage est rocheuse 2. Le housekeeping est très lent et "oublie" de remplacer les produits utilisés 3. Le médecin a demandé un pourboire en échange de paracetamol. Mais cela n'a en rien gaché notre expérience.
