廉價網紅風，粗製濫造，到處都在刷牆，很大的油漆味、房間隔音也是極其的差。嚴重踩雷，服務和東南亞國家比不了一點。酒店雖然很差，但攜程服務很好，有問題都幫忙解決。

Her şey mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle bu consepti görmenizi tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Adeta hizmet etmek için yarıştılar. Odalar ve havlular tertemizdi. Geç çıkış yapmak için ricada bulunduk hiç bir zorluk çıkarmadan memnuniyetle karşıladılar.

The hotel is perfect services foods and atmosphere
The only problem is it take time in checkin no early checkin available also the checkout at 12:00 but the lunch at 13:00 which means you need to stay at the lobby for 1 hour

Had an amazing time at white hills it's a beautiful hotel ,food was excellent lovely room. The only problem was at check in had to wait over 2 hours what I was not happy with

Otele gelmeden önce mail attık onaylanmasına ragmen erken check in yapamadık. Uçak saatimiz sabah 3tü. İlk gun otelde konaklayamayıp baska otelde geceyi geçirdik. Bu durum için özür dileyip ertesi gün Alakart restoranı ücretsiz kullanabileceğimizi söylediler fakat çıkışta 150 $ ödedik. Çalışanların sözüne asla güven olmuyor. Düşük hizmet kalitesi. Extraları Egypt poundla zorla ödeme yaptık illa dolar istiyorlar çünkü serbest piyasa makas farkı 20 pound. Dolandırıldık gibi bir sey oldu…

An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable
