The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Beautiful hotel. We rested 10 days family in this beautiful place. We used to be in Egypt and lived in different hotels, so we have something to compare with. I want to note in this hotel very polite and courteous staff. The kids club in the hotel is wonderful!!! Our daughter Tina is delighted with the teachers Hovide and Mohan are incredible people with a big heart. Very good child care. Many activities, swimming pool, quiet room, video games, drawing classes with children, modeling, all this you will find in the kids club Oasis. The restaurant is a separate topic, I would like more variety of food. But all the drawbacks cover staff! Mohamed, who worked on the right balcony hi is amazing, very hard-working and helpful employee, polite! Thank you very much also Mosalam, who is always ready to come to the rescue. We have recently returned from our 12th visit, secure in the knowledge that we are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes from the friendliest staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Many of the long serving staff feel like family, and it is always a delight to catch up with them. We befriended a few first-time visitors during our stay who agreed that the Palace has a special ambience and they would not hesitate to return. The animation team, which seem to change team members with each visit were an enthusiastic bunch of six, who kept us entertained throughout the day and evening without being intrusive, and we were happy to join in a lot of activities in between relaxing. The new bar area and the updated Ali Baba restaurant is very impressive, and very popular. The booking system via the QR code works very well. As in a previous review, there are some suggestions I could offer, an example would be to vary the evening entertainment, perhaps a quiz on the terrace earlier around 20.00 rather than leave it until 22.30 in the Borsalino - as it would appear that the events in the pub are poorly attended. Also possibly reinstate the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and the beach should they not be occupied for over 2-3 hours, this would give people sufficient time to go and eat breakfast/lunch, or take the boat to the reef for a snorkel. Finally, please try your best to get the air conditioning fixed in the bar before the real hot weather kicks in (I guess you are waiting on a component), most guests enjoy sitting outside, but when no space is available the only other option is to sit in reception, particularly if you wish to chat and not have to shout over the regular singers. This is not a problem of course as it would seem that the bar service extends to this area, but we did feel sorry for the bar staff working so hard in the overheated bar. Keep doing what you are doing Iberotel Palace and you are guaranteed many return guests.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa The hotel is a 25-minute taxi ride from Sharm airport, and we pre-booked the taxi with the hotel by e-mail a week before our arrival at a cost of US $25, chargeable to our hotel check-out bill. The taxi driver was standing outside the airport building entrance with our name on a sign. For our return to the airport, we paid at the taxi office desk, which is just inside the hotel entrance next to the cash machines. We paid with an English £20 note. The cash machine nearest to the taxi desk gives out small bills which was handy for tips. We were given a room overlooking the pool, but the pool music was so loud in the room that we went back to the reception and asked for a quieter room. We were given a room overlooking Nama Bay which was peaceful most of the time. The room was of a nice size and had a free mini bar, tea, coffee, milk pods, kettle, bottles of water everyday were given every day, and a range of toiletries was in the bathroom. There was bathrobes and slippers in the room. The air con worked well and was quiet on the low-speed setting. The spacious bathroom had a bath with a shower at one end. The TV had a few English movie channels and English news channels. The safe was so small that our laptop would not fit inside. The food in the main restaurant, La Terazza, was nice and there was always something we enjoyed eating. The house wine was enjoyable, but strangely they do not have diet lemonade anywhere in the hotel. The set menu for all-inclusive guests in the Corallo Rosso restaurant was very nice, so much so we eat there many times, it was like eating out in a high-class restaurant. La Scogliera cliff top Asian restaurant was a nice place to be in the evening, it overlooks the sea. We also tried their Romantic Dinner which was enjoyable. It is located at a separate place to the main eating area, and the staff made the area look very special with red flower petals, candles burning, soft music, and dim lighting. The Beach Bar was a nice place to take lunch. There is entertainment during the evening which was nice as it gives somewhere to go in the evening and have a drink while watching something. One day we took a 15-minute walk to Nama Bay going through the very quiet shopping centre. Opposite the shopping centre entrance on the other side of the road, is a very helpful pharmacy. The hotel main pool has loud music blaring out all day, but they do stop during lunchtime. Luckily there are quiet beach areas where you can get away from the very loud 18-30 club music. Do not be caught out with the beach towel workings. When picking up a towel at the beach you hand over a towel card which was issued at the time of checking into the hotel. The towel must be handed back in at the end of the day and a towel card taken back. If when checking out, you do not hand back the issued towel cards, you are charged US $20 for each card not returned. The assistant Food and Beverage Manager, H

We transferred to here-(@our own cost)-having initially chosen a dreadful hotel for our holiday…and my goodness were we pleased we changed to the Oriental Rivoli…!!…superb hotel, very friendly staff-especially Ghallab on the front desk…all staff were charming and helpful…my favourite staff member being the guy on security outside the hotel…!!…there are 3 pools to choose from and you can either bask in the sun or laze in the shade, always plenty of loungers and umbrellas…the beach that belongs to the hotel is amazing, the sea and fish are a sight to behold…there’s a friendly bar where you can get drinks and food-(even if you are AI you still have to pay unfortunately, but it’s very cheap, huge pizza and chips, enough for 2 and 4 cans of pop approx €15)-we enjoyed this hotel so much and are already going back in January…❤️🇪🇬❤️

Thank you for good experience. We liked this hotel very much. The food was delicious, room was great. Internet quality was very good. Also, it was very good access to the sea. We liked very much that there was a place for snorkeling where you can see beautiful view. Also the hotel had the best animation staff. Girls and boys were very friendly and they always tries their best that you will join the activities like morning exercise, darts, exercise in the pool, volleyball, belly dance. Especially very friendly was the animator Matrix (Special thank you for him) who always tried to join us in every activity. Also, there was some show every evening. The hotel itself is at very good location: it's about 30-45 mins (depends on your pace) of Walk to the city centre if you like to walk or if you are lazy you can go for 2 euros/dollars by taxi.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.
