The Sharnbrook Hotel

It was like arriving at a disused lot A lone receptionist manning the desk she was very nice There are ****s all over the place Doors banged up to around 4 am Walls so thin I could hear my neighbour breathe let alone when 2 tvs on and people left them on all night although one did turn noise down a little when I banged on wall The place is for sale and is being left to run down It is a shame as it looks like it was a nice place and was obviously somebody’s dream But nightmare of stay. No sleep But as I came here for funeral I won’t ever have to stay again

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel last Friday & Saturday night for a wedding, the Hotel, Staff, Food and venue were all superb, Highly recommended. We live abroad but would definitely return to The Sharnbrook Hotel when we are in the area next

I can't express enough how fantastic this hotel is. We had a standard room which was more than ample but on seeing the bigger rooms that other family members paid a little extra for I would definitely pay a bit more next time (I was being tight). Now for the most important bit for me which is the food, I love great food and have been known to send the odd dish or two back 😩 but the food is amazing, what a treat to be at a wedding and the food be on par with the restaurant, I highly recommend the seabass. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, every single member of staff was professional, polite and cheery. Nothing was to much trouble for them and the whole day ran without a hitch and the wedding felt in safe hands. I will admit to a grumble at the thought of travelling 45 minutes to a wedding but after our visit we are hoping to go again soon just so I can have the seabass again. WELL DONE SHARNBROOK 👏

Wanted to book here for a long time, with restrictions etc easing over time and my partners birthday looming I booked a lovely room for my and my partner. Pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a great stay, room was cosy and bed was comfy. Had a meal at thr restaurant too, excellent price for the room. Could of gone to a chain hotel nearer to home but wanted to tick off staying here, really glad I did. From the pictures of the hotel being built on the walls to the locals stairs guiding you to your room it's a warming welcoming place to stay

Another great stay. Staff are attentive, beds comfy, room spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Quiet. Modern furnishings with lovely bathroom, plenty of hot water. Can’t fault. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was great. Always have a great stay.

We had our wedding here this weekend after being moved to covid the sharnbrook couldn’t have gone any more beyond to ensure everything was amazing for our day .The food was fantastic the staff above and beyond a real credit to the hotel .Thank you again for making our day one we will never forget . The Italian food selection in the restaurant is excellent. But the rooms are not ideal, lumpy bed and if you are a light sleeper hearing your neighbour snoring wasn't pleasant. The staff are very friendly - efficient check in. Will be back for food only.

We have been to the Sharnbrook many times from Afternoon tea (super and different) to a full blown wedding (Amazing) to most things in between !. Most recently was Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago and last week for an AGM and Luncheon for our small clasic car club (23 people). Ciro the owner was very accomodating and made everything perfect for us. The rooms we used were excellent, the staff very competant and helpful and the food as always top notch. In summation we have always been more than happy going to the Sharnbrook, either staying, dinning or a function as we know EVERYTHING will be good and its all down to thge owners passion for his busines.
