Studio 6 Extended Stay Cincinnati Sharonville OH

Worst place I have ever stayed. Toilet shot water out of back of the tank with every flush, there was a drip of blood on the floor between the sink and toilet, towels were folded but dirty. Told front desk and all he said was I will let maintenance know. Absolutely terrible.

Den of THIEVES!!!!! This company and its employees are thieves they will even take spoiled milk!

This hotel was one of the worst I stayed in !!! They will charge you $50 to clean rooms , they will charge $15 for a towel , also they didn’t clean my room for 3 weeks I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my own room all the staff were bd services and they should get fired… I had aunts in my room that was nasty ass fuc* and after I reported they still didn’t spray my room … all the money they get for towels and room cleaning they are pocketing all that money and that’s not right I got pics of the ants ugggh that was nasty … I complain a lot but I guess cause I was latino they didn’t like me.. the general manager name is charese blevins she should get fired and do a clean house because they stealing from us workers that we go over there to work and make money . I should get my money back for them 3 weeks that I stayed because they never cleaned my room and aunts where everywhere nasty ass hotel .

Rude staff !!! Yelled at my husband about his key not working before check out . No front desk help, you have to call . Saw a man when we checked in throwing up in the parking lot !! No we're not coming back here . Shower was very strange bathtub spout was broken couldn't take a bath and the water was extremely hot. We had to wait for it to cool down.

There were roaches in our room. the noise from other rooms was terrible. The beds were full size and not queen. there were cleaning the next day so our room was not cleaned and no new towels or anything. The staff at check in was great but other than that it was not a good experience at all.

They made people wait 30-1 hours to check in we noticed same thing for check out no one was in fromt desk counter.

Roaches all over the counter left and did not get my money back. Had to try to find a place to stay. In up sleep in the car

When i checked in i was hit with a unexpected 100$ on my debit card because, i did the reservation through this website. I got to the room already already annoyed, and my rooms bed only had two pillows, and my husband and I had a really rough sleep. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We wanted to shower as soon as we got in the room so we did that... there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied. So we just washed our bodys and not our hair. Went to use a wash cloth.. it had hair in the fold of it. Honestly over all experience was not good. The only good thing is the staff was friendly and informative.

Never got to stay after booking when we pulled up it was stated to us they had no two beds room available the lady said age tried to call me multiple times but I didn’t receive any call because I would of canceled before 6 so we could get our refund
