They tell you one price and they charge your card 200 dollars when you pay be careful make sure you check your account after you pay

The only available staff had a very poor disposition. Front desk attendant was more interested in his phone conversation than helping. When asked to bring extra sheets and blankets he preferred we come down a get it ourselves. Breakfast ran out within an hour and was not replenished in spite of promises. TV didn’t work and same attendant couldn’t fix it.

I cannot give a zero as it is not available. The front desk said I had one room booked when I was showing a receipt for 2 rooms. It took me 10 minutes of sheer frustration to try to talk to *******, and once it was rerouted to the front desk, the front office said, "Oh! It was a typo!" No apologies. The room was dirty. The bathroom handles were broken. Our other friend was given a room that had dirty linens all over the floor. The elevator was tiny. The whole experience was beyond frustrating. The staff was horrible. I usually try to find a silver lining in negative experiences. This did not have any!

When I got there I only stayed for an hour and saw 2 roaches so I left and still trying to get them to refund my money

I have stayed at this hotel since 2007, for business trips, and I get multiple reservations for my colleagues who also attend. I have stayed at this location when it was La Quinta by La Quinta.. not by Wyndham.. Ever since the upgrades to the hotel before Covid, and shortly sold afterwards, to new owners and management, it has completely gone down hill! Stains on the carpets, paint peeling from the walls, slight odor in the rooms and the walls and doors are paper thin.. you can hear conversations, music and TV from other rooms.. Also I “love” the NO PARTIES sign in the lobby, but management had a dance party in the ballroom both nights i was there. I was on the 7th floor and could hear the music from the ballrooms and coming from outside, cause they had a side door open.. Friday night till around 11:30pm and Saturday night till a little after midnight… Then with all the yelling, screaming, in the hallways till 3:30/4am!!! I highly doubt i will be returning to this location again, even though it’s less than two minutes from the conferences I attend twice a year.
