1、由於酒店較大，我們入住期間客户也不多，所以反覆強調確認，我們要離電梯口進一點，結果房間離電梯口最遠的一間。
2、毛巾沒有用的都很黑，大毛巾小毛巾都很黑
3、沖涼房下水道流水好慢，洗澡十分鐘水就堵到腳踝，最關鍵花灑壞的衹有幾個孔出水。
4、房間沒有免費礦泉水，衹能花20元買一大桶水解渴，關鍵你喝不完20L
5、房間床上有蟲子，反饋後沒有人理會
6、早餐的咖啡是我們這些自駕遊的命，但是這個酒店的咖啡實在讓我喝不下，咖啡機旁邊水桶裏的水看着烏壓壓的。

整體不錯，建設的很漂亮，衞生也還行，就是室內部分衞生打掃得不乾淨，有灰塵，環境整體不錯，服務還需提升，酒店前台跟餐飲的服務可以給100分，非常好。後期加強對房間內毛巾，浴袍等清洗，上面有的都銹跡了

之前來新疆體驗過一次。
所以這次帶家人開了很久的路也來體驗一次這的温泉。
可能由於淡季很多池子都在清洗。然後很多按摩和造波的功能都沒開。
前台和早餐服務員的態度沒從前的好。早餐質量也沒從前好。
