I booked a suite because it was larger and had a kitchen. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators. The room was quite far from the front desk. The room was quite spacious but only one small window so the room was quite dark. The room had 3 Murphy beds in it. The mattresses were thin and were on wood. It felt like a pull out couch mattress. So uncomfortable and poor sleep as a result. I was going to ask to switch rooms until a friend informed me their beds were the same. I didn’t bother. The bathroom was quite small but did have a rainfall shower, so it was decent. The vanity was tiny and you could not fit much on it, but there was a cabinet beside to place belongings. On the way out of our hotel, the morning of check out, we did see there were rooms down the hall with real mattresses, but those rooms were probably taken by the Saint John Sea Dogs as they were also staying in the hotel. I would not stay in this hotel again if I had a choice, and I cannot recommend it.

Peinture qui décolle des murs dans la salle de bain, ventilation bruyante et invasion de fourmis. Pas recommandable. Et que dire du téléviseur avec une image très mauvaise. Dommage parce que le site est juste devant la rivière. Ma chambre elle donnait sur le stationnement. Vraiment rien pour donner envie d’y retourner.

Good hotel if you need a place to stay in shawinigan, however the rooms are expensive for what they are.

Not enough people making sure the hallways are quiet . A few sports teams were very loud late at night running around in the hallways and not enough people working to quiet them down, so unfortunately my family and I weren’t able to get some sleep until late at night.

Tres décevant! Les meubles de la chambre sont de qualité Walmart… et usés. La chaise à roulettes est déchirée et le plancher est défraîchi… en fait… tout est magané! Très BS comme chambre. Pas de fauteuil pour s’asseoir, pas de garde robe pour suspendre les vêtements… que 3 crochets sur le mur! Je ne reviendrai pas.
