We purposely booked this hotel because they offered a "large" room for 2 adults and 4 children. The room we were given was indeed large, but had 2 queen beds and a twin pull-out sofa. There was plenty of room for a cot, so we went to the lobby to request one for our 6th family member, but were told they don't provide cots. When I asked how they charge for a room for 6 people when they can't accommodate 6 guests in a room, they had no answer. I was told the room can only fit 5 guests even though I had my reservation confirmation for 6 guests. When I asked how they were going to help solve the problem, their only suggestion was that I purchase an additional room. Terrible. They wouldn't even refund our money so we could go to a different hotel. Corporate was no help. My son slept on the floor. Will NEVER stay at another Marriott again.

Overall I would rate my stay a 7/10
Housekeeping could have been better before we arrived in room 227. Bathroom shower had hairs from previous guests in shower tub area! Rugs need to be cleaned and vacuumed better! Pot smells in hallway where guests are not obeying rules. Roads in and out of hotel still in pitiful shape: have to maneuver around potholes!

All staff were very professional and helpful in making our stay great, considering we were in town for a funeral. Bethany and Duane went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome, always smiling and upbeat.

This hotel is near a mall that has closed - so it is in a quiet deserted location. Everything looked clean except for a small bit of mold in the shower. Staff was friendly. The bed was ok - but with a strange mirror on the nightstand pointing toward the bed.
