I come from Thailand , The good location good parking , I ‘m enjoy for rest 2 night , it good relationship from reception. Next time i will booking again sure .

The first room the bed took up the 95% of the room, I felt like I was stuck because of the bed and the window wouldn't open.
The send room had lots of hair all over the bed.
The windows in both rooms are blocked out, blurry so can't see out of them.

Place needs to be refurbished not a lot. But some work is required. Toilets are way too small, rooms are massive. Toilet tap was broken. They could do a lot better with breakfast choices. Overall not a bad place for a short stay.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, dirty, dingy, mirrors not cleaned, grout in the shower was falling off, it was impossible to take a bath without flip-flops. I will never go there again.

The hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure.

booked for my nana and grandad as it was their first time in Sheffield, told the reception this and they upgraded them to a suite! room was lovely with a huge bathroom. location was in such a nice quiet place of the city. would definitely book again
