Everything great !!! Apart from heating not working so was cold all night! Reported and can only be dealt with by means of full refund. Awaiting response from Hotel.

The hotel is a little way from the city. It needs a serious update. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. We paid top price for not a nice hotel. We won’t be back.

Stayed here one night whilst visiting family. Bit concerned I had chosen the wrong hotel after reading recent reviews, but need not worry.
Was greeted warmly at reception and checked in quickly. Room was on the 5th floor, good size, full bathroom including a bath. Yes it is a little tired and run down, the bathrooms probably need modernising but everything was clean, which was important.
My one gripe, which can be solved easily. Only 3 plug sockets in the room, two of which being used by the tv and kettle. None at all near the bed which is annoying.

A night away for are 7 years together anniversary . we had a fantastic time together the room was nice gifts on request breakfast was nice we had
Balloons and fizz to share loved from the hotel .. the mini fridges soft drinks water and chocolate .

The hotel was clean and well presented, though in need of a bit of an update in the bathroom - everything worked fine, just looks a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
