Three Cranes Serviced Apartments

I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either "Line busy" or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud "bang." The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now.

Terrible, dirty and not as advertised. Not recommended

The room was red hot and stuffy even though there was a fan. Also the soukd proofing was bad you could hear people on the toilet up stairs. Nice apartment, clean and good communication.

The property is ideally situated for the city centre. Very clean and tidy, easy checking in process on the morning of check in you are sent a message with the codes to get into the property and for the key safe of your room. Would stay here again.

Good location but lacks comfort Handy for the city centre. Bed was standard double and a very soft, uncomfortable mattress and squeaked when moving. When all you are really paying for is somewhere to sleep, I think the bed is the most important thing, and it really let the place down. Shower was good but towels poor quality. No teabags or milk sachets provided. TV was not positioned to be able to see it from the bed and there was no where else to sit. Overall would not recommend.
