Near the waterfront and a nice park. Very close to Beale Street and walkable to multiple downtown tourist spots. Only onsite parking is valet. Nice, reasonable garage across the street from hotel. Downside; room on fourth floor facing the front is above the bar and or a neighboring bar; loud at night. Maybe request higher floor towards back of hotel facing Riverside Drive. Walls somewhat thin. Room next door on a Sunday morning playing music and or tv loud at 6am.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bar was lacking. They were out of a lot of mixers. The hotel is minimal but everything you need for a short stay.

It is in a nice location, the valet staff is excellent. Housekeeping and maintenance are terrible, we used the 24 hour text service for towels twice, over 2 hours, and never got them. We called twice and finally had to go downstairs and get them our selves. Maintenance had a light fixture missing, a floppy loose decorative piece in the shower, and the curtain was missing both pull rods and first curtain hook for both the sheers and curtain. Lastly one of the lights in a fixture was burned out. The fridge kept drinks cool not cold. They house traveling NBA teams to the ABSOLUTE detriment of the guests. I give it a very weak thumbs up.

This is a fun place to stay - right on the Mississippi River walk, short walk to Beale Street and the Civil Rights Museum.
We appreciated the Pool table for our teen.

Loved the facility. First night our AC didn't work and it was 76 degrees all night (had someone work on it with no luck). Didn't like that there's no coffee in the rooms. Hotel music was loud on Saturday morning and could be heard in our room, woke my friend up. Staff was friendly! Loved the location.

Great staff. Everyone was so friendly and wanting to help. The room was just as expected from the website photos. Very conveniently located for easy walking to Beale street entertainment and eating.
