Aloft Shenandoah Woodlands Area

No hot water on 3 separate times trying to take a shower. Called downstairs twice , they told me boiler kept going out but did not try to meditate the problem at all. Poor customer service

The hotel experience was marked by a check-in inconvenience due to a system outage, extending the process beyond the expected time. While I empathize with the staff's frustration, their cold demeanor added to the frustration. Despite this, the stay itself was satisfactory, with clean facilities and good amenities. Unfortunately, the unfriendly demeanor persisted during checkout, diminishing the overall experience.

Bad experience with this property. Never should have been rated anywhere close to 9.0. No hot water. We were told a number of times the problem had been fixed and the water would back to normal in an hour. Didn't happen. Also weird bugs crawling on our ceiling off and on all night. This property needs attention. We should be getting some kind of discount or refund.

I was able to check in early & staff was very welcoming. Room was very clean & comfortable

Stayed here for one night before a race. Convenient location: near the highway but still quiet and lots of food options closely. Rooms are clean but show some signs of wear and tear. AC can be loud. Friendly check in.

Definitely wasn’t anything special. William at the front desk had the worst attitude when he wasn’t scrolling on his phone. I was woken up twice by a very loud screeching sound in the room and eventually had to be moved to another room at 1 a.m. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to this time. I didn’t want anything complimentary, just was ready to check out.

I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations. I would be delighted to recommend Aloft to others seeking a wonderful stay.

I am submitting this email as a formal complaint regarding our stay at Aloft Shenandoah – The Woodlands Area, Texas. For two consecutive attempts, we reported persistent noise disturbance and visual discomfort in/around our room. Despite informing the front desk twice, the issue was not resolved — and even more concerning, our request for a room change was denied. This is unacceptable. We paid for comfort, rest, and proper hospitality — not to be ignored or forced to tolerate ongoing disturbance. A hotel that claims professionalism must demonstrate it not only through words, but through action. In this situation, no such action was taken.

Pristine property for a great price. Super central to everything interesting in the Woodlands. Big comfy room with a fantastic Bluetooth speaker and cold AC.
