2-Star Hotels in Shenango Township

I give this Quality Inn 5 stars based on Krissy alone. The customer service and staff in this establishment is outstanding. I recently stayed there as pit stop before heading to Niagara Falls for my son birthday. I needed to stay a total of three separate nights and figured my choice rewards would come in handy to get the 3rd night free however, i didn't know my choice rewards number and Krissy was so super helpful in providing me my # as well as the choice rewards telephone number. I was able to successfully book the first two reservations but ended up being charged for that 3rd booking which the choice rewards ensured me would be free yet my card was charged anyway upon checking out. I'm currently disputing the charge with the points center but please be careful when booking through third parties because the hotel will run your card too. The rooms are clean enough and its located near places to eat and gas stations. If they are able to refund me for that 3rd night then I will stay here again.
