Cet hôtel de la station balnéaire la plus cotée d’Albanie est excellent : rampe d’accès pour les valises, décoration agréable, deux ascenseurs, piscine, spa, chambres spacieuses dont certaines avec une vue splendide sur la plage, bonne literie. Seul la musique des bars de la plage peut être un peu gênante. Le restaurant est correct avec de bons vins.

Op dag van de aankomst bleek onze kamer helaas niet schoon gemaakt. 16:00 uur. Na hierover ons beklag te hebben gedaan bij de dames van de receptie hebben wij 2 uur moeten wachten voordat de kamer schoon was. De manager kwam zich er vanaf maken met een simpele sorry. Niet 5 sterren waardig. De dames van de receptie zijn echt heel erg behulpzaam, en spreken goed Engels maar kunnen niets onder het strenge toeziend oog van de manager. (Nare vent) Kamer is ruim en modern, maar toont hier en daar kuren: water van de douche liep slecht weg, krassen op de vloer. Toilet artikelen worden niet bijgevuld en kamer is niet geluidsdicht in tegenstelling tot wat het hotel beweert. Kamer is in 1 week tijd meer malen niet voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken. Daarnaast is het water regelmatig uitgevallen, eveneens als de stroom. Garage van het hotel is 1 grote puinhoop doordat deze niet netjes is afgewerkt; alles zit onder het stof, auto, hotel, alles. Het hotel ligt aan de drukke boulevard waar tot diep in de nacht nog gefeest wordt. Strandtenten proberen elkaar te overstemmen met muziek. En dit is helaas tot dik 04:00 uur in de nacht te horen. Zwembad is leuk, maar wordt niet vaak genoeg schoongemaakt, water was troebel. Hotel is gewoon nog niet af, electriciteit draden die overal uit steken. Ontbijt is prima, en de dame en heer van het ontbijt lopen echt heel hard. Maar het is niet bijzonder. Eigenaar en manager lopen constant het personeel te controleren en af te branden. Tip: ga zelf mee helpen! Wees een manager die naast het personeel staat in plaats van erboven! Hotel hanteert een wisselkoers ten gunste van zichzelf. Dit hotel is er alleen om mensen zoveel mogelijk geld uit de zakken te kloppen. Het voldeed totaal niet aan de 5 sterren die ze claimen te zijn.

Almost every month, I spent the nicest time with my husband, at the Amare Hotel. My entire experience there, as well as the service, was fantastic. The receptionist, Marioneta, made the check-in procedure quick and painless at all times and Thank you for preserving my flowers and caring for them while I was away. The owner should be grateful for his employees. The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed each meal. With all of our requirements, Danieli and Aldi, the waiter, were always patient and understanding. Thank you so much to Aldi for providing us with room service and ice buckets in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Amare Hotel as a home away from home for anyone seeking a coastal vacation in Shengjin.

Pros: New property Great bed Good breakfast buffet Pleasant staff Great Location - Sea view Clean room Cons: Breakfast hours: 2 hours timeframe only No chair in the room!! Weak WIFI Dull pool area Limited amenities TV remote needed battery No telephone in the room!! Communication with reception via WhatsApp only No a/c in communal areas - feels like sauna No shower rack No luggage rack No bathroom ventilation. Quite expensive for the period and what it offers. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel needs improvement - Not yet a 5 star. MB
