Best holiday I’ve had in a while, I will definitely be returning at Frojd. The rooms were great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the food as well.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly disappointed me. For the price we paid, I expected far better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won’t be returning. They made us pay for a towel that was with toothpaste 20€

We stayed here the last week of June! I'm totally disappointed and the hotel kind of ruined the overall look and feel of our family vacation. We got a room on the first floor, which has nothing in common to the rooms shown in booking - bad looking, cheap furniture, leakage on the wall above the double bed. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially out of order, causing bathroom floods. In addition, the slope of the bathroom floor is not towards the siphon, but towards the room. The result you can guess. Our room was not cleaned until I asked at the reception for toilet paper and soap on the 4th or 5th day of our stay. In result, three rooms were cleaned. The next door guests were unlucky, as the intimate shower faucet was also out of order and it seemed the cleaning lady didn't turn it off completely, so their whole room flooded, including their suitcases, shoes, etc, left on the floor. But this wasn't even the worst. The hotel staff gave a mop the guest lady and told her to clean the room herself. I took a picture, see attached! On top of everything, it was really offensive that the hotel staff went to the room to count the linen (pillows, towels, etc), before returning our ids, which they held during the whole stay!!!

The hotel doesn’t deserve good rating … I wonder how somebody who stayed here can give such high scores. I visited the hotel in October. The only positive was nice view from the 6th floor and room was ok cleaned. The prices are as in all 4 star hotels in Albania but the service is below 1 star. Food is awful. I had HB with reservation and the food was awful. There is only one option for dinner for all the guests, take it or leave it and that comes cold and suspicious with no drinks. Breakfast with very small options ti choose and no coffee or tea. There is smell in the vicinity, not sure if it is from the hotel or from the close area but make sure to keep window closed. We couldn’t get a good night sleep as there were group of school children (around 15year old) partying all night that were settled in the hotel and for which we were not told when I made the reservation. A dog walks within the restaurant all day, it makes you consider how clean everything is. On 15 October they were renting parasols for 5 EUR

Frojd 2 is a new hotel, with all the conditions to have a good vacation. the staff was very kind. there were some small problems. The hotel management was good. Majordom was a smiling man with good manners. The hotel Manager was a wonderful girl, hard-working, communicative, polite. What I liked about her was that at the moment of the bill, she explained all the rules of the hotel until the moment of check out, among other things, for every conversation she told me: "do you need anything?" , "tell me about everything". Even though I personally heard that there were clients who complained about silly things, and "threatened" with bad reviews, she smiled and tried to fix what she had in hand. I really appreciate the fact that even though we were three people, she offered us a very large connected room, for more privacy. The beach was good, clean. Food was not plentiful, Once there was no hot water, then there was no internet, However, they can be improved. I promised Engi that I would come again, See you xx

Hotel Frojd 2 Kune - service is terrible! Only one or two girls at reception that actually had social skills and respect for customers. Some of the issues: - it is a beach hotel but no beach towels are provided - no place to change or take a shower on the last day - it was a 3 days and 2 nights offer but actually it was 2 days and 2 nights the only thing you are provided on the last day is to store your luggage on the basement corridor (which is still building) - Each room is provided with one umbrella at the beach with 2 beds even if the room is a family room that has 4 adults!! and the place at the beach where you are entitled an umbrella does not allow you to purchase an extra umbrella beacuse there are a lot of reservations which means they didn’t think how they will manage those situation - is a family of 4 going to split in two different beaches because they can’t fit in one umbrella and they can’t pay for an extra umbrella?! - on the last day when you check out at 10 they tell you that you should leave the umbrella at the beach too, and go find another one in another section of umbrellas that don’t belong to the hotel even though you have to stay for extra 3-4 hours only.. crazy - the service staff terrible, not welcoming at all! you pay with breakfast and dinner included and the waiters instead of focusing to give the customers good experience and helping them out, they stand in the middle or go around like policemen to people putting food on their plates asking them about their room number (thinking that someone might eat without having it included in their price) and not one person and one day, each time you eat they asked each of you several times and it was super annoying to everyone. They probably were forced and put so much pressure from the management that they forgot that they work in service of customers and try to be more helping to them not annoying and making you feel like they are doing charity giving that food. - they say they provide transport to the hotel from bus and back but in fact there were several families waiting to go to the same bus and they actually didn’t plan it out well even though they were notified by all families a day prior and everyone was told at 16:00 there will be transport BUT the car could only fit 6 people and maybe 2 luggages… so management didn’t think about the transport just said they will take care of it, but they didn’t think of providing a solution and their staff with more cars or bigger vehicle. At least 30 people were told they will take care of transport at 16:00, didn't they think it is a time with traffic + they only had a car with 6 seats and 2 luggage spaces. - the fancy “make up my room” functionality didn’t do anything turn it on all day all night nobody came to clean or change the towels or give some soaps and shampoo in a room for 4 people with extra mini shampoo that didn’t do its job and small soap bars (not to mention they were 3 in a room for 4 people) - the bathrooms i

Permanenza all'insegna delle difficoltà e incongruenze sin dall'arrivo quando non si trovava la prenotazione fatta da un mio cliente. Circa 40 minuti per capire che effettivamente la prenotazione esisteva e altri 30 per farmi restituire il passaporto dato che la struttura trattiene il documento fino al checkout ma non il mio. Il mio cliente poi ha commesso un secondo errore scegliendo la sistemazione in mezza pensione che ha bfatto si che lunedì sera per cena io sbbia avuto la fortuna di approfittare di un buffet nel quale i piatti principali erano una zuppa udite udite alette di pollo, il martedì invece la cena è stata servita e ho potuto degustare una zuppa e petto di pollo alla piastra. Mercoledì, per finire, ancora buffet con una pasta con panna e prosciutto e indovinate... cosce di pollo. In pratica in tre giorni ho avuto la fortuna di assaggiare tutti i tagli disponibili. Ora passiamo alla camera; me ne è stata affidata una al settimo e ultimo piano, dove l'ascensore non arriva ma poco male ho pensato, arriva fino al sesto. Peccato che quello che arriva al sesto piano l'ho trovato fuori servizio in più di un'occasione e l'altro arrivi fino al quarto. In camera il solito foglietto delle regole con penali in caso di perdita della chiave e altre cose. Tra cui la necessità di una visita ispettiva da parte del personale prima di poter lasciare l'albergo e ricevere il documento. Colazione dalle 7,30 alle 9,00: mi reco a colazione alle 7,31 dato che poi un autista sarebbe passato a prendermi e mi sento dire che la colazione è dalle 8,00 in avanti. Io faccio notare che in camera c'è scritta un'altra cosa è in una decina di minuti la colazione è servita. In tre giorni la camera non è mai stata risistemata, nessuno è entrato per il cambio asciugamani che, come dichiarato è giornaliero, per fare un po' di pulizia o verificare se vi fosse bisogno di riassortire sapone e shampoo o carta igienica, forse perché mancando il porta rotoli non saprebbero dove appoggiarlo. Di fronte al letto è presente una scrivania dove poter appoggiare il portatile ma se volete ricarocarlo l'unica presa disponibile è dietro il frigorifero che dovrete rimuovere dal mobile per poter infilare la spina nella presa. Mi dispiace per il personale che, a parte la persona con la quale ho fatto il check-in, si è dimostrato disponibile e empatico, ma credo che qui non ci tornerò più
