We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience.
Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel.
The room, specially the bathroom was not clean.
Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.

Uno dei migliori hotel della zona consiglio vivamente a chiunque , abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per una settima. Raccomando il ristorante cibo eccezionale squadra in cucina e in sala magnifica gentile e super professionale che dire personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza consiglio a tutti

Last summer, I was with my familiy on this hotel. It was very comfort, kitchen was on first floor. As I have two kids, it was very easy access on hotel and elevator. Room service and clean was perfect, and staff was very careful. The hotel doesnt own his private beach, but it is on front of beach, so it is good that you can chose between different private beach. Meal was very delicious and served very proffesional. Whoever goes to the Shengjin, I recommend it... I almost forget, that on roof they have swimming pool with very nice view during the day, and nice bar during the night...

Séjour absolument parfait. La chambre est bien aménagée, l'hôtel est très propre et surtout le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable ! Des petits gestes d'attention (nous proposer d'amener nos cocktails jusque dans la piscine par exemple, etc) et ils m'ont même aidé à trouver un dentiste en urgence pour un ami, en appelant la clinique pour prendre rendez-vous. J'ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 5 étoiles (France/Luxembourg) et le service y était moins bien qu'au Triumf ! Encore merci pour tout !
