挺大的酒店，在景區來説規模和設施都算好了。但是管理水平真的是一塌糊塗。這麼低的評分不是沒原因的。房間裏沒瓶裝水，地毯上全是污漬，這些也就罷了。最奇葩的是早上7點半就在樓下停車場搞大媽廣場舞，噪音巨大也沒人管，所有人都別想睡。

房間比較乾淨，客房服務還不錯，衹是攜程上預訂有早餐，但到酒店不包含早餐，感覺不是很滿意。

因為我們是從恩施往北走，住在這裏玩完大九湖，會走回頭路，第二天再去神農頂，所以建議是從北往南去恩施方向的住這裏比較方便。
酒店感覺裝修比較簡單，攜程算四星感覺不能達到，我們定的是家庭複式房，樓梯上下非常響。好的是上下兩層都可以洗澡。房間光線比較昏暗，洗澡水不錯。
