很好，很滿意，環境很好，適合度假，有點瑞士的感覺，正好有點小雨，升起薄霧，很夢幻，房屋設定合理，屋內設施齊全舒適寬敞整潔。

環境很好，體驗感唯一不好的就是我們房間中途沒電了…然後晚上8點在熄燈情況下等了二十分鐘修不好才給安排換房間。
之前在其他酒店出現類似情況立馬換房間，真心建議這麼好的環境，酒店能想辦法提高服務水平。遊客這麼密集的五一，早餐應該安排到位，不要出現不下麪條的情況。
我還是會推薦這裏，服務態度至少沒有大問題，希望能改進。

天池民宿在天池景區內，景區住宿有獨棟小木屋，白色獨棟小別墅和火車酒店，為了湖景選擇了火車酒店，早上一睜眼打開電動窗簾（也是投影幕布）有山有水心曠神怡，建議早點入住房間可能靠前湖面更大！

在天池景點內，環境特別特別好，沒有喧鬧的人流和，盡是綠林溪水木屋鳥鳴，滿足對山林生活的一切幻想，適合不趕着打卡、尋求慢生活放鬆的遊客。房間乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，裝修很新，前台姐姐熱情待客。園區內有餐廳，早餐比較豐盛，晚餐以神農架農家菜為主，價格合理，高山土豆焦焦脆脆的，是在神農架吃過最好吃的土豆。唯一難受的一點是樓上房間正常走路的腳步聲會引起木屋房樑的震動，在樓下聽的非常清楚，影響休息，望想辦法解決。

真的是寶藏民宿，風景很美彷彿住在畫裏，民宿就在景區裏，度假在這裏玩就可以了，完全不用再去趕其他行程！房型很多房間也很漂亮，因為一些小問題給我們升級了房間，誇一下李麗經理，熱情周到幫我們解決問題，謝謝她！這裏我們以後還會再來～
