房間設施一流，有浴缸，有早餐，硬件性價比可以，自助晚餐不如單點餐，不建議吃自助餐，品種少，量不足。但次日我們回來較晚，點餐卻很不錯，餐廳服務員也很熱情，使人感到温暖。需要指出的是，前台服務員素質低，態度消極，關於景區的相關介紹根本説不出來，一問三不知，而且有消極敷衍的情況；更令人不能容忍的是：我們電話前台，告知房間缺少牙刷等物品，奉命前來送東西的女服務員卻驕橫地説，“不可能”！真讓人受不了，簡直是對客人人格的侮辱，誰會因為這點東西訛你呀？！這種素質的酒店服務人員，真是少見！拉低了酒店整體水平。

對於自駕遊的朋友，非常方便，就在神農頂景區對面，開車兩分鐘，房間非常大，浴缸比其他酒店都大，停車安全，早餐雖然有點簡單但味道不錯，晚餐尤其好，清蒸冷水魚起好吃，其他菜味道也不錯，推薦。
