Huaren Shuyu Hotel (Shenyang Qingnian Street Mix City)

The hotel is conveniently located for getting around and is very close to MixC, with plenty of snack options nearby. The only minor downside this time was not receiving the complimentary Cantonese-style late-night snack. Upon asking the front desk, I was told it's only available for business rooms. It would be even better if other room types could also enjoy this perk.

The room was spacious, and the family room had two TVs that could be used independently. There's also a gym and a laundry room. The breakfast was good, including noodles, wontons, some hot dishes, and beverages like yogurt, milk, and coffee.

The hotel environment is really nice and quite new. The location is also good, pretty close to MixC. Overall, it's worth recommending. The only minor drawback is that the toilet paper holder, smart toilet remote control, and trash can are placed a bit far from the toilet, so you have to stretch to reach them.

This is another example of a terrible hotel that forcibly shuts off the central air conditioning between 11 PM and 6 AM, waking me up at 3 AM every day because of the heat. Beware! The room facilities are okay, the smart toilet is truly smart, and the shower facilities are good. However, the room floor is quite dusty, so you have to wear shoes or they'll get dirty.

The room facilities were good, but the service was terrible! I stayed for over 10 days and was forcibly evicted once and forced to change rooms twice, citing full occupancy. This never happens at Huazhu Hotels or Atour Hotels; those hotels reserve rooms for long-stay guests and notify them in advance to extend their stay. Twice, just before 2 PM checkout, the front desk rudely told me to change rooms immediately because a pre-booked guest wanted to check in! Am I not a guest? Wasn't it time to check out? This will only worsen my reputation!

❌❌❌The hotel's overall service attitude was extremely poor, with some customers being evicted before their scheduled checkout time. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and even after I complained to the front desk, they still offered no satisfactory solution to both parties' needs. The sanitation was extremely poor, and there were bugs in the room. Ctrip Hotels stipulates a 2:00 PM check-out time. At 1:15 PM, a young male employee, A, rudely and aggressively demanded that we check out over the room phone, citing a shortage of rooms. I requested an extra hour and asked the employee the hourly rate. Employee A didn't know the price, and again, in a very rude manner, demanded we check out. Around 1:50 PM, I went downstairs to check out and asked the female receptionist who had informed us of the checkout. The female employee's first response was to verify my identity information on the Ctrip website: my phone number and name. Despite being fully aware of this targeted request, she still chose to appease the male employee mentioned above. After five minutes of fruitless communication, the female employee still failed to offer a solution that satisfied both parties. As a guest, I felt deeply uncomfortable being so abruptly evicted before the scheduled check-out time, and then faced with the front desk staff's flimsy attempts to smooth things over. I hope the hotel will strengthen comprehensive staff training, both in terms of service awareness and attitude, as well as basic professional skills. Regarding the potential shortage of available rooms, I hope the hotel will also enhance its emergency response measures.
