It's very close to the night market, making it convenient to take a taxi or order takeout. The owner is nice and the prices are reasonable. You can pick up packages on the first floor.

這次來瀋陽旅遊，住的這邊四個晚上，都是同樣的兩棟公寓樓，不同的酒店，這個是我住的第三晚，我是住完第四晚才過來評論的，這個房間特別特別冷，晚上冷到我睡不着，浴室的抽風機是壞的，但是可以寄存行李，然後接待我的人也特別好，微信溝通也很暢快，但是我跟他反映問題以後，他也沒解決，嗯，我是屬於淡季過來旅遊，所以總體這邊的房價都非常的便宜都是60~80這個區間，我都是這個區間訂的四家酒店，這一家我感覺體驗感比較差，我最喜歡的是那個愛麗絲那家，然後這個房間是沒有微波爐的，冬天很冷的情況下，食物特別容易變冷，建議可以多放一個微波爐在房間

房間各方面都沒得説，老闆人特好，找不到位置，樓下等我一個多小時，還特別有耐心，有啥不懂的，直接問老闆就行，主要是樓下出門就是彩電塔夜市，帶着長者孩子一點不費力，對面就是有名的老四季，晚上還能看到大半個瀋陽的夜景，這是住的最好的公寓了，孩子也很喜歡

老闆人很好，很熱情，房間乾淨整潔，樓下就是彩塔夜市，離地鐵也近，公寓管理規範，要刷卡才能進，晚上不用開空調也很暖和，房間隔音效果也不錯，外賣也有外賣櫃，很有安全感，雖然旅行不是特別完美，但是住房真的很不錯
