The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic ❤️. The location is great, right across from a large park. The breakfast was delicious 😋, and there are good restaurants nearby too 😋. The hotel's design is stylish and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The view from the window overlooks a lush green forest park 👍. This is a hotel with excellent value for money in Shenyang.

The service was excellent. We arrived early and they even upgraded our room for free, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shenyang.

Maybe it's because it wasn't a major holiday like May Day, but some of the facilities were a bit dusty, and the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, though it wasn't a big issue. The hotel is in a great location, right beside Bailing Park, and parking is easy to access. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
However, the housekeeping could be improved. The floors didn’t seem to be properly vacuumed, as there was still noticeable hair after cleaning. There were also some yellow stains in parts of the bathroom when I checked in.
Overall, a convenient stay with good service, but cleanliness needs more attention.

Fantastic location, right across from the subway station. The view from the window was lovely, with plenty of greenery. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite.
