Qinghe Peninsula Hot Spring Resort Hotel

I rarely leave negative reviews and usually tolerate things, but this hotel's shortcomings are truly outstanding, so I'm listing them out to warn others: 1. Check-in isn't in the main hotel lobby where you're dropped off. On a rainy day, you have to drag your luggage to the building next door to check in, then walk back to the hotel lobby for your room. You can't drive directly to the hotel entrance; you have to alight by the roadside. 2. The hotel is extremely damp. The floors are clammy, and there's a musty smell. 3. The room is incredibly small. The balcony often has pigeon droppings, making the outdoor hot spring unusable. 4. The amusement park across the street has DJ performances during the day. The sound penetrates the poorly soundproofed room door, straight to your skull, making daytime rest impossible. 5. Room cleanliness is mediocre; there were hair and water stains. The hotel amenities and mattress were uncomfortable. 6. Food delivery goes to a locker, not directly to the room. The walk from the room to the locker for takeout is very long. The hotel does have a positive: the on-duty guest relations manager was very responsible and responsive when we needed items. My friend booked a standalone villa with KTV, mahjong, and a hot spring pool, which was fully equipped and much better than the hotel rooms, but it's suitable for larger groups.

Excellent stay! The room was incredibly spacious and came with its own private outdoor hot spring bath. We also received two complimentary hot spring tickets for the day, and a 100 RMB voucher for dinner at Breeze Restaurant (which was fantastic!). If we checked out before 10 AM the next day, we'd even get two additional hot spring tickets, truly amazing value. I must mention that all the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially the front desk team – they really changed my perception of service at scenic area hotels. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the in-room hot spring filled up quickly and easily. The villa's surroundings were lovely, and there was a shuttle service with staff to help with luggage. Plus, the hotel's mini butler service was exceptionally thoughtful.

The Northeast's 'bathhouse ceiling' definitely lives up to its reputation! Even though it was crowded, there were so many pools and such a large space that I always managed to find an empty one. I'm looking forward to when the construction around the area is finished and the dry riverbed is fixed up – that would make it even better, and there wouldn't be any construction noise. The room was great, with an American cowboy ranch-style decor throughout. Qinghe Peninsula Hot Spring ticket: a perfect experience!

I went there expecting a top-notch bathing experience, but I was sorely disappointed. First, let's talk about the room. I booked the last available tatami room. It was spacious enough, with an indoor hot tub, but no window. The ventilation system made a lot of noise when turned on, and even with the air conditioning set to the lowest, it still felt stuffy. The room included two hot spring tickets, valid until 6 PM the next day if you checked out before 10 AM. Breakfast was at the Breeze Restaurant in the villa area, priced at 119 yuan per person, and the quality was very poor. It opened at 7 AM, and when I arrived shortly after, they were still slowly putting out food. There weren't many options, but the most memorable was the bacon – just a few burnt-looking pieces on the plate, I couldn't tell if they were leftovers or just overcooked. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you might as well grab a quick bite, but otherwise, it's definitely not worth the price. The hot springs were very basic – no food, no drinks, and no fruit (I'd seen reviews mentioning occasional fruit, but I didn't see any). A bottle of plain water cost 8 yuan. I went on the afternoon of check-in, around 5 PM, and it was quite crowded. The next morning, it was even more so. In short, I won't be going back.

The room was absolutely terrible. I had booked a family suite specifically for the private hot spring, but the staff locked the private hot spring door and refused to open it. When I tried to talk to the hotel about it, their attitude was awful. The manager in the villa area, whose last name is Li, was completely unhelpful and had a very bad attitude. The hot spring area was packed like sardines, and some kids even threw up in the pool, but no one bothered to clean it up when I called. The whole experience was just awful.

The room was great, and the environment was lovely too. The hotel service was also excellent. It was really thoughtful that a staff member escorted us to our room upon our first check-in! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! There's even a shuttle bus within the resort to the restaurant, which is very convenient. If you're bringing kids for water activities, Qinghe Peninsula is definitely the place to go!

I usually don't write reviews, but this is beyond frustrating. This hotel is an absolute rip-off; I've never stayed in a multi-thousand dollar hotel that was this bad. They claimed to offer complimentary tickets, but on the first day, we had to leave by midnight, and on the second day, we had to check out by 10 AM to get two tickets that were only valid until 6 PM. So, I'm thinking, I have to check out by 10 AM, meaning I spent less than eight hours in your room. Is this the most expensive hourly rate ever? And they shamelessly claim it's to maximize the customer's experience. How is any of this maximizing anything? Accommodation is supposed to offer convenient access and allow you to stay for a couple of days. But here, you can only enter once, and once you leave, you can't re-enter. Accommodation is also about convenience, but I saw no convenience here. Finally, when it came to checking out, I couldn't use a machine; I had to wait in a long line for a human. It's like the hot spring and this accommodation have a vendetta against hotel guests, deliberately making things inconvenient. Why even bother staying here then?! It's disgusting, the worst experience ever, nothing could be worse!!!
