HanTing Hotel (Shenyang Santaizi Metro Station)

This was my first time staying at the Hanting Hotel near Santaizi Subway Station. The reception was excellent. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy! The lobby is decorated in a simple, bright style, and I really like the color scheme! The room was spacious, and the bathroom was compact but functional! The bedding was clean and hygienic, which was a delight! This newly renovated hotel is truly wonderful! The floor was odor-free, which was a great experience! The breakfast was nutritious, and the children loved the wontons! The restaurant staff was very helpful, and we loved the food! The hotel is conveniently located near the high-end MixC shopping mall, which offers excellent shopping and entertainment. Getting around is also convenient, with a subway station nearby and convenient parking behind the hotel. The hotel is also close to a major highway. As we were about to check out at noon, my child fell asleep, so I contacted the front desk staff, who kindly helped me resolve the situation. Thank you to the front desk staff for their excellent service! I had a wonderful stay and would stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has soft lighting. I can sleep peacefully after a busy day. I slept very well. The front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied. The breakfast is also delicious and has a lot of variety.

I booked an hourly room near my high school for my high school exams. I paid through Ctrip a week in advance, but the day before the exam, the hotel told me to check out. They explained that many people had booked full-day exams that day, so they asked me to cancel my hourly room. After speaking with Ctrip customer service, they agreed to keep the room for me. Thank you so much, Mr. Dong! I'm a little disappointed with the hotel!

Clean and sanitary, great service, friendly and polite. My belongings were well-stored and I got them back the next day! Affordable prices! Convenient transportation! Very close to the mall! Great!
