Came here to watch a concert. It's very convenient to the Olympic Sports Center, but the room is really hard to describe. I just took a bath for less than five minutes and the bathtub fell down! I almost got hurt! It's really speechless! I've never come across such a hotel! The hygiene of the room is also speechless! There are hairs in the bedding, and there are bones left by others on the table! I'm too lazy to say anything. Fortunately, I stayed for one day, so I slept for one night and left quickly! In addition, there is no service!

I booked this hotel for a concert. The service is OK. It is convenient to the stadium. Wanda is next to it. There is a food street when I come back at night. It takes 20 minutes to drive to the airport.

There was a foul smell as soon as I entered the shower room. Several pieces of the bed curtains in the room fell off the rings, causing me to be woken up very early, and the light reflected on the bathroom curtains was as bright as a projection, and I couldn't fall asleep in any direction. The reading light at the head of the bed was broken and kept flashing and couldn't be turned on. The refrigerator in the room was locked. May I ask why the facilities in my room cannot be used? Do I need to apply to the hotel if I want to have a drink? When I checked in, I asked if the takeout could be delivered to the room. The front desk replied that I could fill in the room number and name and the robot would deliver the food. The takeout during the day was delivered smoothly, but it was not delivered to the room for at least half an hour after the takeout was delivered in the middle of the night. In the end, I went downstairs to get it myself. The barbecue was completely cold. I was really disappointed. I think the management of the hotel should be the same standard. I can accept being told in advance that I have to get the takeout myself, but it cannot be that the robot delivers it sometimes and not delivers it sometimes. Did the robot go off work in the middle of the night?
