Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang was exceptionally pleasant, and much of this positive impression stemmed from Lucky in the Guest Relations Department. She not only greeted every guest with a genuine and warm smile, but also efficiently addressed all our needs during check-in with her professional and prompt service. Whether it was the speedy check-in, patiently answering questions, or proactively offering thoughtful local travel tips, her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were truly evident. Her warmth and meticulous attention to detail made our brief stay feel incredibly personal and welcoming, reflecting the hotel's exceptionally high standard of hospitality. I'd like to specially commend Lucky for her outstanding performance; her service is a true asset and a shining example for the hotel. Additionally, Gary from the lounge also proactively considered my dinner requirements and provided timely service. This experience truly reflects the excellent service level of the entire hotel and made me feel completely at home. I eagerly look forward to my next visit!

You can really feel her dedication; she proactively anticipates guests' needs. Her attention to thoughtful details is a huge plus. Having a front desk staff member like her made the entire check-in experience incredibly smooth and pleasant. Monita definitely deserves a big thumbs-up!
