Hilton Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Shenzhen

Traveling with my family, I chose this Hilton and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were very friendly and quickly helped us with our luggage. They were also patient in answering any questions we had. The hotel environment is quiet and secluded, with clean and tidy public areas. The water pressure in the bathrooms was stable. My elders were very comfortable, and I highly recommend it for family trips.

This time, I booked the renovated Nanhai Wing of the Nanhai Hotel, and the natural environment is truly fantastic. There are green lawns, groves of trees, gardens, and you can even see many little birds 🐦 on the grass. My child was so excited to see them. It's rare to find such a natural environment in Shenzhen; I really love 🥰 being close to nature. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bedding was super soft. The room I booked had a great perk: an open balcony where I could enjoy some leisurely time outdoors. As for the downsides, the hotel's children's entertainment facilities and family activities are very limited. From the balcony, you can see the outdoor children's play area, but the maintenance of the facilities and equipment is severely lacking, and the balcony walls are also quite dilapidated. Looking out from the balcony, it just doesn't fit with the beautiful garden view. I gave feedback to the guest services manager, and it was clear they had tried their best. They thoughtfully sent my child fridge magnets and a few cans of drinks, which somewhat made up for the experience. Manager Aileen is very detail-oriented 🌟; seeing that I had a child, she first asked if my child could drink sugary drinks, and then gave me soda water and Coke Zero. This attention to detail really boosted my impression. Finally, a suggestion regarding the hotel signage: first-time visitors to your hotel can easily get lost. From the outside, it's impossible to tell which building is Nanhai and which is Wanghai. Even staying in Nanhai, I couldn't get clear directions on how to get to the Wanghai building. I had planned to eat at the Chinese restaurant after checking out, but after driving around the parking garage for a long time, I ended up going to Sea World instead. I hope the hotel can consider the perspective of tourists or first-time guests to create a better accommodation experience. Wishing you all the best. Very satisfied with the service with early check-in and late check-out facilitated automatically and upgrade to the top floor.  All officers I have encountered were very polite, friendly and considerate, including the receptionists (Doris), concierge, lobby cafe, room service, gym, pool and breakfast restaurant.  They are all very nice and professional.  I am glad to have chosen Hilton and have enjoyed a great holiday with Hilton.
