The front desk staff were professional and efficient during check-in, making the process quick and easy. The butler service was delightful and met all my needs. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Overall, my experience was very enjoyable and I was happy with everything. The location is also highly recommended, being very convenient in the city center.

This was my first time staying in Hilton and I highly recommend it.The customer service was out of this world,bed super comfortable and the rooms did not have that funny smoke smell.I will definitely book it again.I also love the design of the bathroom.Worth every penny.It was my birthday so the stuff prepared a cute birthday cake for me🥹🥹🥹how thoughtful.

Looks good on the surface, but a closer look reveals much to be desired. 1. For both mornings, I had breakfast on the third floor. There were over a dozen catering staff preparing food. Some were chatting with guests, others were talking loudly among themselves, and surprisingly, most of them weren't wearing masks. I'm very concerned about this, especially since some were frying rice and making sandwiches at close quarters. Out of more than ten staff, only two or three were wearing masks. This happened on both mornings, indicating a complete lack of management regarding this issue. 2. The room appeared clean, but on both nights, I was bitten by something—I'm not sure if it was mosquitoes or something else. I didn't report it because I returned to the room late after training. On the second night, I couldn't sleep at all, and I had many bites on my body. Very dissatisfied.
