IntercityHotel Shenzhen Futian Huanggang

I stayed at Huanggang Intercity on this business trip to Shenzhen, and my overall experience was pretty good. The location is excellent; the hotel is right near Huanggang Village Metro Station, making it very convenient to get around by subway. It saved me a lot of time getting to Futian Station and the Convention and Exhibition Center. The room had enough space, a simple and modern decor, and was quite clean. The bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and generally responsive to any needs I had. The breakfast offered a good variety, so I didn't have to go out looking for food in the mornings during my business trip. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is especially practical for those on multi-day business trips. Overall, the location, cleanliness, service, and amenities were all well-balanced, making it a very suitable choice for business travel.

The room was clean, tidy, and bright, and the air conditioning worked really well. The front desk staff were great, and they even provided a generous complimentary late-night snack – highly recommend! 👍 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip to Shenzhen.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is superb, right by the subway exit. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent, attentive service, always ready to effectively resolve any guest issues.

My first impression was absolutely amazing! Firstly, this hotel is newly renovated with a very elegant, modern design, featuring clean lines and calm, sophisticated colors. The night lighting in the corridors, in particular, made returning to the room feel warm, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel service was also incredibly attentive. For instance, when the robots couldn't keep up with delivering express packages, staff would promptly deliver them personally. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent! They were on duty all day and promptly handled any food deliveries, ensuring the rooms remained odor-free. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the pillows! What truly touched me was the late-night snack service. Since I hadn't booked breakfast, I assumed the complimentary late-night snack would be just for show and didn't bother going down for the first few days. However, one day I decided to try it and discovered it was a proper, extensive late-night meal, with three types of congee to choose from... and freshly made rice noodles. And they even offered complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream scoops! The self-service laundry room was also great, though you do need to use it during off-peak hours. Finally, the location is excellent. There are plenty of bathhouses, massage parlors, restaurants, and shopping options nearby... and it's very close to the Shenzhen Library! All in all, it offers excellent value for money! I forgot to take photos inside the hotel, so I'll just include some pictures of the surrounding area here.

The staff provided excellent service. I arrived close to 10 PM, tired and thirsty from my journey, and the attentive staff noticed and offered me a bottle of water, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room environment was great, and the transportation was very convenient. The hotel is right next to Metro Line 7, making it super easy to get to Huanggang Port or Futian Port. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of choices. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
