A big thanks to Fiona who provided amazing service throughout my stay. The check in experience from her was perfect, with her understanding my situation in requesting an early check in and making sure my preferences for room type were taken into consideration and found. Great English spoken with me too, as my Chinese is limited.
Fiona also remembered later in the day further service requests such as extra water and helped with understanding the food delivery app and procedures.
I was so impressed with the service received and the room being so clean and well designed i extended more nights. This is really down to the excellent service received and feeling welcome.
One good thing about this hotel for longer stay guests is you can take the lifts from room directly to the ground floor which means you don't need to go through the lobby everyday which I find nice in making you feel more like a apartment or home.

Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a gym. The room has a capsule coffee machine and an ironing board, perfect for business travelers.
Cleanliness: Generally good, the only thing needing improvement is the cleaning of the shower door frame corners.
Service: I specifically booked a room with breakfast on Trip.com, but the check-in staff didn't notice it and I had to remind them.

Facilities: The facilities are brand new and very thoughtfully designed. There's a dedicated butler, Hina, who introduces their specialties to you every day. The gym comes with a dry sauna, steam room, and hot stone recliners, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and eliminating fatigue ❤️
Service: On my check-in day, I could make scented sachets, and on the second day, I could make lacquer fans, both of which were great fun and available from 2-4 PM. Afternoon tea is from 3-5 PM, and after 5:30 PM, there are band performances and happy hour. You can truly stay in the hotel all day without needing to go out. The lovely staff even upgraded our room, which made my experience absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back next time.

Stayed here for the May Day holiday. Check-in was quick, didn't have to wait long at all. They even upgraded us for free to a top-floor room with a really expansive view! The location is excellent, right next to Qianhaishi Park, and there are several large shopping malls nearby with plenty of dining options. It's also very close to the subway station. The butler service was spot on! My only slight disappointment was the breakfast variety, but overall, I'm basically very satisfied!

The breakfast selection was a bit limited; several items were just duplicated in different spots, giving the illusion of more variety. I was a bit disappointed that none of the pillow options suited me, even after trying several. However, every staff member was wonderful with children and went above and beyond to meet our requests. We also got an upgraded room with a fantastic, expansive view.

I came to Guangzhou for a concert. Soon after I landed and checked in, Vicky proactively escorted me to my room, thoughtfully explaining all the room facilities and important notes along the way. Her service was fantastic, very detailed and considerate. She even arranged a late check-out for me. The hotel offers a rich selection of authentic Cantonese breakfast items, and the room has plenty of mirrors perfect for photos. Luggage assistance and other services were very prompt. There's a shopping mall nearby, great for an evening out to eat, drink, and have fun. Overall, I give it a big thumbs up! 😘
