The front desk and housekeeping staff were great, and the hotel's location is excellent, right above Futian Station. They even upgraded my room when I checked in. However, I have to mention that there must have been small bugs in the bed because I woke up with many itchy red bites all over the skin not covered by my pajamas. I reported it, and the staff changed the sheets and duvet covers and cleaned the air conditioner vents, but unfortunately, it didn't help; I had several new bites the next day.

The hotel's service attitude ranks among the top three I've experienced in years. From the manager to the front desk, they were basically responsive to every request, and my kids had a great time. The discovery center is right downstairs, and the noodles for breakfast were delicious. Highly recommend!

The laundry facilities were excellent; my clothes came out clean and dry. Breakfast was delicious too; although the selection wasn't vast, everything tasted great! The complimentary late-night snack was a thoughtful touch. The elevators were fast, and I really enjoyed my time at the Exploratorium!
